Megan Catour, FNP

Nothing at all. NP Megan Catour is an excellent provider. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough in answering all of my questions. She made it clear that I'm welcome to follow up anytime, which I really appreciate. The appointment went smoothly, and unlike many past experiences, I genuinely felt heard. NP Catour took the time to listen and showed real care for my concerns.

There is nothing more that could have been done differently. My appointment with Mrs. Cantour went very well. The front desk staff was kind and helpful with forms and directions. Mrs. Cantour knew my medical history (which was very impressive), answered my questions, and treated me with dignity and respect. She was very personable and I felt comfortable with her. It's always a concern, if you're a good fit with a new provider, but Mrs. Cantour, and her nurse made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was very thorough and I didn't feel rushed during my visit. She is someone I would definitely recommend to my family and/or friends.

The doctor was great and the facilities beautiful. All of the support that I encountered were not friendly or welcoming at all.

Megan Catour was wonderful.

Check in Kiosk was a waste of time, not working properly could not make payment. An employee said to make payment at first floor desk. Person at front desk sent me to office. Pharmacy drive thru is at an odd angle, impossible to pull to window. Front drive should have been fixed prior to opening. Great provider, great Pharmacy staff, awful business decisions. Location is convenient but PH as a company has not clue.

Everyone was wonderful

This past appointment was an answered prayer. I have been to many appointments seeing different Dr's and PA 's. This was the first in a very long time where I was not only seen but heard. I have a new found hope. Every staff member I came in contact with very kind. Keep up the great work.

My original appointment was canceled and rescheduled twice beforehand. I was a bit nervous, being from another state. Once I got there I was treated very good and was listened to with compassion and respect. I was put at ease immediately upon meeting the nurses and even more so when meeting Megan Catour NP. Great experience.
