Bedside manners are really bad , everything was really rushed , felt not really heard during visit I have tried multiple things for my weight and she didn't even know I had other issues , so I don't think she read my face sheet , nurse even told me she would talk to me about other things but visit was so rushed that she didn't ask about my thyroid or really just get to know me as a patient.

Nothing. Every visit I have with Dr. Megan David meets and exceeds my expectations.....and this is why I solely trust her with all of my visits and whatnot.

It was fine!

I scheduled a physical. The provider entered the room and looked me up and down several times. She reviewed my medical history nd asked me if I need any prescription refills. She did not do any physical assessment of my body at all. She did not examine or touch me at all. This was definitely NOT a physical visit. My insurance should not be billed for a physical I did not receive.

I was very satisfied With my appointment both nurse and doctor David were very good.

There is nothing that this, that this office facility needs to do to improve anything as far as I'm concerned. I'm completely and 100% happy. The staff are very patient, very happy and very eager to help you and very competent. Thank you very much.

I was in such pain that it was hard to focus on what Dr David said. Sometimes she talked too fast. All the info was in my summary papers so that's good.

You did everything well. No conplaints!

There really wasn't very much that could have been improved upon.

Delay at check in. Reception had a client who was taking a long time. I and another lady waited about 10 minutes to be checked in. Only one person was working the check in window, despite others being visible in the office. It was not lunchtime. A second person should be on call if needed if there is a hold up.

On lot meds that's making me sleepy, dizzy,and I am tired all the time plus sleep apnea machine not helping at all....feel I need help figuring it out more.

There is always room for improvement; however, I have no suggestion, everyone and everything was professional, clean, courteous, and efficient.

Over heard my name being said aloud bu the Dr. in the outside hallway followed by laughter, while I was still in the examination room. It has shaken my trust and confidence. Not certain I will be returning to this practice
