Megan Adelle Crane, CNM

Megan Crane, an advanced practice registered nurse and certified nurse-midwife, is passionate about caring for women across the lifespan. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina Honors College and completed her graduate education at Frontier Nursing University.

Originally from South Carolina, Megan is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with the women and families she serves. She values a collaborative, supportive approach to care and is honored to walk alongside her patients through all stages of life –from adolescence through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.

Outside of clinical practice, Megan enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband, a professor at the University of South Carolina, stay busy raising their two children and caring for their dog. She loves gardening, being outdoors with her children, cooking and eating good food, and traveling.
