The scheduling of my needed tests was taken care of with efficiency and excellent explanation of exactly what to expect. This team really knows how to make patients comfortable in what could be a worrisome time. Excellent staff at this office.

This practice uses the standard automated Prisma telephone answering recording, which means using the "New Patient" selection guarantees that the patient will never receive a return call. One must circumvent this situation by using the "Provider" selection.

my Rx called into my pharmacy apparently conflicts with another one I take. So the pharmacy would not fill it and called the office to clarify with the doctor. As of earlier today, the pharmacy has not heard back from Dr D. I'd really like to start taking the new med (or another one if needed) to assist my BP in coming down

THE VISIT WAS PERFECT

When I arrived at the dr appointment I went to the wrong building but I sit there maybe five minutes and the lady told me to go to the other building but other than that it was all good when I arrived at the next building it was all good glad I went to meet the dr she was very nice and good answer all my questions

We were extremely happy with the care we received. Dr. D. was patient and kind and listened to our concerns without making us feel rushed. She's crazy knowledgeable and was able to explain to us exactly what we are looking at with treatment options and hopefully resolutions.

The front desk wouldn't hear the full issue before cutting me off regarding my echeck-in process. That was rather frustrating.
