I was very impressed and pleased with Dr. Rappaport when he came in prepared to meet me with all the texts and notes that he needed from my prior meeting with the PA who recently left. Dr. Rappaport absolutely listened to me and answered all my questions and was very attentive to my needs. The gal at the front desk, Patricia was extremely kind and welcoming as was the gal who helped me when I checked out. In fact, the nurse I saw prior to Dr. Rappaport was very kind too!! So, over all - it was an excellent experience!

Acknowledge the pain of the FNA procedure and suggest that peer discussions could possibly take place to find a better method of pain blocking during the procedure.

Maybe listen before answering questions. Rappaport had already concluded that my thyroid was fine even before looking at my symptoms and labs.- I felt very disregarded - I obviously have something going on with a huge thyroid and yet he did not take the time to explain or discuss labs/symptoms.

Everyone was nice and respectable, and I think we have any changes to be made. It was clean, and the doctor was nice, and they washed their hands, and everything looked nice and clean. It was an excellent situation with me, for Dr. Rappaport and his staff. They were excellent, and went overboard to help me any way they could. Thank you. from Death, South Carolina.

The check out/ scheduler was a bit sparky. She might have been having a bad day, but I didn't care for her being "short" and I respondednwith an attitude myself, which I shouldn't have. But the woman sitting next to her, quickly jumped in and calmed my nerves.

The person taking me to the room and taking my vitals could have been a little warmer/friendlier. Things like making eye contact when speaking would go a long way.

I was sent to lab. They seemed unaware of what I had been sent for. They were asking me questions that they should have answered for me. I called back to Endocrinologist and could not get anyone to answer the phone or take call back info.

I was very pleased with Dr. Rappaport . He was very kind, smiling and understanding. Everybody there did an excellent job and I will refer him and looking forward to going back to seeing him again in the future. Great job.
