Maureen Lindsay Nowak, CNM

Maureen Nowak, CNM, was born and raised in a suburb of Cleveland and received her undergraduate nursing degree at a small private college there. While working as a nurse in a high-risk labor and delivery unit, her love and desire for physiologic birth began. She began her midwifery education early on in her nursing career and graduated from Frontier Nursing University with her master's degree in nursing in 2011.

Maureen is thrilled to be part of a practice that offers women the high level of care that they deserve. She grew up with five sisters and has unique insight into how special and complex women are, and she strives to care for each of her patients as if they were one of her own siblings.

When she’s not busy learning and growing as a midwife, she is busy learning and growing as a wife and mother of two little girls. Whether it’s your desire for a natural water birth or birth with an epidural, it is her goal to help you achieve the birth that you’ve been dreaming of.
