Just spend more time with new patients and not feel rushed

All good except it took 6 months to get an appointment.

Hey, I think Dr. Wilson is a really good doctor, but the thing that kind of bothers me is that he always wears a mask, so I really don't know what he looks like. And I think if I knew what he looked like and could see his mouth when he's talking to me, I think that would help. But anyway, I think he's a good doctor. It just bothers me that I don't know what he looks like. Thank you.

Be more friendly! I have paid also for something that I should not have had to pay ($108) This time asking for $20 and it should be only $12. Hopefully you will get it together!

I liked Dr Wilson personally, and feel that he is well-trained. His assistants were extremely helpful and pleasant. The person who scheduled my appointment was incredibly nice as well. It is extremely important that all personnel (anyone who interacts with patients ) know how to treat patients on their probably worst day.

Being a disabled vet I have to deal with the VA as a second class citizen, 40 years I have given up on good medical care I walked in expecting the same I was wrong, it started with the SPECIALIST did the testing, he Explained everything first , not like I was stupid, old or a child,as an adult. He then started test , he explained step by step again ,I felt very comfortable Next was the doctor, he read all the test past and present ,explained everything done in the past and going forward He found the problem and took steps to fix and follow up After 40 plus years I found a real doctor

Everybody was wonderful. So friendly, knowledgeable, respectful. I was so impressed with everybody from the check-in clerk to the checkout clerk. The entire facility was so impressive from the building to all of the employees.

Dr Wilson doesn't just prescribe medicines. You can tell that he truly cares for my wellbeing and seeks out options and brings real solutions to my health. I boast of this practice and especially recommend him and The Lung Centers 's staff. No one is dismissive and are truly professional.
