Basically everything was very good Waite time was short and everyone was friendly and knew there job and were very professional. Dr Varner was concerned about me using a Caine and ordered an xray to see what was causing me the pain and haveing to use a Caine

They're great. Couldn't have done any better. Dr. Varner cares about his patients enough to walk them out. Very compassionate.

I think everyone I encountered during this visit did an outstanding job. The front desk was very nice and my nurse had a great personality and was easy to talk to. Dr Varner really made me feel comfortable and confident about the care I'll be recieving there. He took the time to answer all my questions and didnt try to brush over things like other doctors do. For the first time since learning my diagnosis elsewhere, I understand it. I feel more optimistic about things and that is LARGELY because of Dr Varner. I have no suggestions for improvement because I am fully satisfied and have high praise for this practice and this provider.

THE RECEPTIONIST, THE NURSE AND DR. VARNER ARE EXCEPTIONAL. THEY SRE COURTEOUS ALL THE TINE.

Absolutely nothing needs to change Dr. Varner and the staff are awesome

Dr Varner is my favorite doctor.

Dr Varner's schedule at the Parkridge office was not available at checkout. As soon as I got to my car, I got a call from another team member to schedule my appt at Parkridge. It does not seem like an efficient use of staff & sends mixed messages to patients.

Everyone was patient with any questions I had and was VERY kind. I left the office feeling confident that my situation was under control.

They were all great.

The nursing/support staff did not know how to forward an order for a nebulizer to a pharmacy. As such, I still do not have one.

Dr. Varner and his entire staff is such a joy and I trust them all 100%.

My experience with the facility and the staff have been positive to the extent that they have my confidence in their professionalism and expertise.

I felt comfortable with the service. Provider made me feel as if he was concerned respectful and knowledgeable about my care I visited another pulmonary facility did not receive same care. Not to mention the dr was very standoffish I got the impression I was inconveniencing him. The staff was very rude I waiting almost an hour after tests. The temperature in the office was below freezing never even offered a blanket. The nurse was worse patronizing me as she chewed gum in my face as I attempted to leave she grabbed my arm. Not to keep complaining I called the facility the morning to confirm my appointment. They sent me to wrong facility
