I can't think of anything. Dr. Matthew was kind and showed a caring heart. I know he has a bright future ahead of him because he is knowledgeable, caring and has a compassionate spirit. All the things that matter to people.

I was provided a splint that was supposed to give support to my hand, which the medical assistant walked in with it on her hand, which is not appropriate. And I was just appalled that she was wearing the splint she was going to give to me. And I took it. It did not fit me appropriately. It was worthless. It was made for the masses and didn't fit individual people. So I was not happy with the care that I got.

Everything was outstanding and Matt is extremely capable and thorough as well very pleasant and patient. Trusted him completely.

My treatment was well handled. I felt very comfortable with the PA and my diagnosis.

If the PA says I don't know whats wrong, go get a doctor instead of trying something to see if it works, pain is worse today than when I came in.

Everyone staff member I came in contact with during my visit was kind and patient. All questions were answered and I was set up with the equipment I needed and a follow up appointment before I left. This is a great service offered by Prisma and I would definitely recommend!

Everything went welI and have no suggestions. I was a walk-in at Prisma Orthopedics and was in and out in about an hour which was great. . The staff that I had contact with were all very courteous and I had a very nice experience.

The service was above board. The most personal and caring treatment I've ever received. I had lost my trust and cofidence in the medical field up until my visit with Prisma.

The staff is always professional and helpful. Matthew was amazing. I always feel the injection and its not pleasant but not this time. Matthew was awesome and I was nervous for no reason at all. I believe Matthew needs a good raise and some praise for the care and compassion and humor he is giving when caring for patients. I will recommend Matthew to my family/ friends when they need any service you all provide. Visit 10/10 ?

The PA was fantastic! He explained my X-rays, and told me what I could and couldn't do. He also set up an appointment with sport's medicine for a follow-up.

I was shown that I have a problem with my nerves being pinched. I expressed that I had already been through this once and had to have surgery. I was given prednisone as an anti-inflammatory. And I was given medicine for muscle spasms. I was also given back exercises. I expressed that I could not sit down, could not stand up and could not lay down comfortably because I was in so much pain it is a nerve issue not a muscle spasm issue. As was shown by the x-rays, and as was explained to me, I called back to express concern that I was still an extreme pain, no matter what I did I requested that they review the x-rays to see if there was something they could give me to keep me comfortable. I was assured someone would look at the x-rays and call me back. No one bothered. I am in pain and will probably seek out other treatment because I cannot keep going with this pain until it's convenient for them to see me. They were not gonna order an MRI and then postponed it because my insurance wouldn't approve it in time. All it takes is a phone call. I was handled kindly quickly but not effectively.

I have not complaints nor suggestions. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I came in scared and in pain and left with peace of mind and prescription treatments with a scheduled follow up.

Hire more like MATTHEW POSTON PA He listened thoughtfully. He was open to questions. He had a professional manner. He seemed very knowledgable.

I just want to let you know that they treated me with respect and expedited the process. I was there instead of the emergency room for hours. I was there for under two hours and that was with x-rays and everything. I was very pleased with my experience and I will go back there.

I've been here twice and the service, office and staff are wonderful!
