I started off with Dr. Cantrell. Due to Insurance was no longer accepted we had to find another provider. Later, our Insurance was accepted again and we were not being seen anymore by Dr. Cantrell even though he is still listed as the doctor. I really liked having him as the doctor that's why I came back to Prisma Health for our services.

I have been seen here for the past eleven years and everything and everyone have been doing an amazing job. Keep up the great work you all are doing here.

Parking was a nightmare

Front desk messed up. She forgot to tell them I was there at 1:45 didn't tell them I was there. I didn't get back there until 2:30. She lied and told them was my arrival time was 2:20. I was furious. I spent over 2 hrs which half of the time I was waiting.

No other way. Keep doing great work!

I have been bringing my mother to this office for years and her treatment has been outstanding. I am now a patient. I would only come to see Dr Cantrell as a cardiologist and his team!

Listen better, and explain test results to my face, not just on paper. I do not understand doctor lingo. I did not see Cantrell but another doctor that I could not understand his name the way they said it. My paper work only had Cantrell listed. Today, trust is really hard to earn.

I was coming from a Lexington practice in the Lexington Hospital, and the vast difference between the two is well worth my drive, and it is worth me trusting you with my health care. So I want to thank you, and there was nothing that could have been done better.

I am very pleased with Dr. Cantrell and his staff. They are all very pleasant as well as being professional. I have absolutely no complaints and will definitely recommend him to others.

None whatsoever. Throughout my surgery and my stay three years ago and my last visit I could not have received better care and attention.

Everything was great I have trust in Dr Cantrell and his group completely.

Dr. Cantrell could check on his patients, I've only seen him once yet he bill my insurance company as though he's seen/ treated me. Additionally, the NP clearly doesn't have my best interests at heart.

Prisma in Columbia has been an awesome experience I could not ask for better Doctor's. Just do something with the horrible parking. I hear people complaining every time I visit and I even have been disgusted with the parking.

I'm perfectly happy with the treatment and the care with Dr. Cantrell. So, there's no need, as far as I'm concerned, for any improvement that I can see. Only possible thing it would be would be your telephone system. It's very difficult to get ... to call and talk to someone. It takes forever. You have to sit there and wait for sometimes up to 45 minutes. But that would be the only improvement that I can see.

The only problem I had at my appointment is I waited in my room for an hour and when the doctor came in he said he wasn't sure what took them so long to put me in the room, but I had been in the room for an hour. Otherwise, everything else was great.

I have no idea. Everything and everyone I encountered was highly professional from check-in to check-out.
