I waited 15 months for this appointment. You need to speed up the process.

Took 2 years to get the appointment that was my only issue

The lady who took photos of me ,ran right to nurse station and shared,I didn't like that,she as well call everyone in the room!

Immediately upon entering the waiting room, the staff were very rude and appeared bothered or annoyed. Then when called by the nurse, there was no kindness or warmth, just annoyance until a very brief moment in the room. The doctor was almost an hour late to my appointment and I sat in the room with no decorations or anything to be calming for 45 minutes with no feedback or anyone coming to explain what the wait was. The doctor and staff could be clearly heard and understood talking about other patients in the hall directly outside the room, even though my door was closed. When I left, the doctor was standing outside the room and looked like he was about to be talking about me or someone else. The only person I felt comfortable with was the person who took my payment, she was wonderful and so sweet. The doctor also talked as though he was the only one in SC who could perform the procedure, yet I had already researched and found others.

Dr Chetta and his staff are some of the best medical workers in Greenville.
