Very courteous staff from registration to the nurse to the doctor to check out making sure I understood what to do if I had any questions! Exceptional service!

If bathrooms are occupied and a urine sample is needed, maybe have me wait a moment. Doing the blood draw first was awkward. I can accept a bandaid and then need to wash it off or not and now I'm sort of bleeding but trying not to contaminate my specimen. Otherwise everyone was very kind to me, especially Dr. Beck. Thank you.

When I requested to have a Pap smear after the babies are born she told me " you haven't had a Pap smear in eight years and I doubt you'll be back to get one. I insist we give you one." It's true I have not had one in eight years, but I was not planning on neglecting doing that. Just wanted it at a different time. Insinuating that I was lying about that on my first visit with this office was disheartening. I expressed to her several times that this is my first time using the hospital system, and I was trying to learn how to navigate. I asked questions about the Nicu and timing of birth and was not giving answers. I was brushed off. She didn't seem to even want to discuss the possibility of vaginal delivery. She just told me I'm having a C-section. Very closed off in conversation.

Be on time. Apologize for being 5min late. Spend more than 3 rushed minutes with me. Offer informed consent from the beginning of the appointment.

Mary Beck was extremely dismissive and portrayed bias from my medical history. I did not feel comfortable with her and felt she was extremely judgmental and acted as if I were clueless. She dismissed my concerns and did not seem knowledgeable whatsoever.

Mary Beck was absolutely wonderful!! I feel like she listened and addressed my issues with compassion and knowledge. I felt so heard, seen and validated after my appointment where I didn't feel that way previously.
