None. Every aspect of my visit was positive. The questions that I ask of Dr. Mary Poston, or her staff, are always answered with excellent responses. If I need any further support that she is unable to fulfill I'm given the names of other Prisma doctors, their locations, who are experts in their field and can give me continued excellent professional care. My care is always complete and thorough. I'm given choices that allows alternatives that can help.me to meet my health goals by teaching me to be proactive in my health quest: well ahead of pills, and/or surgical intervention. I am seen and treated as a whole person.

I really have nothing negative to say. The visit with Dr. Poston was very good. She has empathy and patience. I appreciate that.

From the time I entered the office, the receptionist, the nurse, and the doctor, and the lady at checkout was very professional, nice, and polite.

I felt that everything that I needed to know was told me. I was listened to and positive responses were given to me right then and there. I have no negative issues with my doctor or her support staff.

There are no improvements to be made. Dr Poston is the best listener and communicator. I wish I could call out Dr Poston's nurse by name, but she is the best too.

I truly believe that all bases were covered, concerning my health and welfare. Whenever I have a question Dr. Poston quickly provides the information I need and gives me the means to gather further information if needed.

Dr Poston and staff are fantadtic. Always easy to reach and gets back quickly to me. Dr Poston has been my health care provider for probably the 15 years!

Everything was above board. I asked pertinent questions and I was given very good information. Dr. Poston is great as a doctor. She finds and gives me the information that I need. Whether for illnesses or medications she keeps me well informed. She is always thorough and professionally able to address the whole person. This is the opinion that I have of Mary Poston.

Every thing was done with the utmost attention to my care. I was made to understand from a professional standpoint, those things that I asked for, as well as accepting other test and/or procedures that would help me attain excellent health. There was no intimidation or undo influence from my doctor. She offered knowledge and encouragement that allowed me to make decisions that were best for me. Preventive measures that ensured me the best life and a healthy long lived one as well. Thank you for allowing me the space to have my say. Prisma Health has structured a great medical system to meet the needs of all.

I received the best care I can imagine. Dr P had read my chart reporting lots of testing. I wanted her to explain the wealth of info.She helped me prioritize and think through best treatment plan options given the information that we did and not have, to refine an efficient approach. I left with a much better understanding of my situation and a solid treatment plan to answer questions and begin treatment.

I have no suggestions. Dr. Poston is thorough, makes suggestions and explains my options.

I had immediate scheduling of my CT Scan and doctor Poston immediately called with the result. Great Work Prisma Health!
