Mary Ann Buchanan Agostino, FNP

Molly Agostino, APRN, FNP-C, provides comprehensive care for patients managing Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes and hypothyroidism. As someone living with Type 1 diabetes herself and a patient of Endocrinology Specialists for more than 20 years, she brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to her approach. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Clemson University, which laid the foundation for her commitment to helping patients achieve their health goals through individualized, compassionate care.
Outside of work, Molly loves going on adventures with her family, which includes two children and a playful corgi named Tobey. She’s also an avid reader and enjoys caring for many plants.
