Everything was great the lady at check in was great

All Good!

The office was clean and well organized. The area around the elevator was not what i would consider clean or well cared for. The baseboards were not clean, the wallpaper was peeling, and the wood frame at the base to the elevator floor appeared rotting.

Provide more information and education without me having to ask the questions. I don't know what to ask if I have no knowledge.

Parking.

Nothing. They always take care of me. It's so wonderful to see that they really care and know when something is wrong and don't hesitate to jump in and help. For this read I am sending new patients to them.

Keep on doing the usual great care.

I needed a psychological testing so the visit was pointless. I feel they should have made sure I had the test before my appointment. They never sent the order. I called and told the office that. They gave me a phone number and told me to call.

You could have gotten me a room wit commode and sick with hot running water

The provider did not know past medical history . Pt has had diagnosis for years and provider was unaware .

No complaints about care. Can't think of anything that needs to be changed.

I feel like Dr. Friedman didn't take the time. I was a new patient. Very little questions was asked for medical history or family history. I felt like I've seen this before. I felt like maybe race was a factor in it. And this is just based on my, previous experience with another doctor who barely touched or questioned or any of it. So I, that's my feedback. I would not see Dr Friedman again. I feel like he did not take enough time before referring me out to ear nose and throat.

Dr. Friedman was wonderful. However, the people he deals with is something else. So Prisma does not do the tests that I need. And so they had Greenville Prisma calling me asking me to take the test. If he had not explained to me in detail what I was doing, I would have driven to Greenville and had the test at Greenville. So I am very appreciative of his information and what he did. Still have not heard from Charleston, MUSC, where they can do the test, but I'm sure I will in the next little bit. Thank you.

Blood tests were ordered, but when I went Prism Family Care they wouldn't accept the orders or do the testing. Now I got to figure out where to go to get the blood test done. Could use some help!
