Dr. Mason has always been one of my favorite doctors because he takes the time to listen to my issues. Sometimes I have a lot of questions for him. Other times I don't. Sometimes it's just a matter of me getting a moving test and I get the results of that and we discuss it and all is good. And I don't take as much time. Other times I have a lot of questions and he's always been there for me and I have to say Dr. Mason is probably one of my favorite doctors and I gave him a 10 plus. So whatever that means on your end, so be it. But I'm very pleased with Dr. Mason.

Received mixed messages re. Appointment . Text sent telling me appointment was cancelled - told me to reschedule. I called and was informed that my appointment was still on the books, but a time change. Turned out to be erroneous - I had to rescheduled my driver. Not sure why or how this happened, but a great deal of trouble for me.

Dr Mayson's office is one of the most friendly, warm, and clean offices I have been in within the Prima System. From the front desk to the CNAs and nurses you are taken great care of. Dr Mayson truly cares about his patients. He takes his time and make sure he is not rushed and his patients are not rushed. I am so pleased he is my child's pulmonologist

Everyone in the office was very helpful and professional. Dr. Mayson is awesome and thinks outside the box. He was able to help my asthma in a couple of months after my first visit when I was with a prior pulmonologist for five years and not only didn't get better but got worse. Thank you Dr. Mayson!

Yes, I was very disappointed in where I was supposed to take blood out. The woman in charge was very nice, but the LabCorp personnel was supposed to draw my blood, and they made me wait 15 minutes or more. because they were on the phone. And I don't think that I should have waited that long. Thank you.

I have no suggestions. My appointment flowed seamlessly which is most impressive since it was at the end of the day. From check-in to my breathing test, Xolair shot, appointment to check-out there was never a lull. Dr Mayson reviewed my test results and compared them to the longitudinal data. Following his regiment of prescriptions and healthy lifestyle my numbers are remaining stable and improving. He provided me with a wealth of information by explaining and answering all my questions. It is very comforting to know that I can call/message the office after my appointment and always get a response on the same day.

Every year I see Dr Mayson once a year that's the doctor's appointment. I look forward to going to complete honesty such a pleasant atmosphere. He explains everything in a way that I understand. I thank him and the staff. It's a wonderful day when I see him thank you all
