My wait to be seen was a little long, but it was worth the wait. Dr Moody spent good time with me and answered my questions.

Everything was very professional, thank you for your attention.

There was an intern helping Dr. Moody and he gave me an injection and didn't wear gloves Then didn't have a paper on the table for the injection, there was a little blood got on the table. When he washed his hands he just took the napkins from where he dried his hands and cleaned the blood up off the table didn't think that was real sanitary.

We are still waiting for the portal to be updated and to see the after visit summary. I know they are very busy and I can see why! The DR is highly regarded by all his patients! The waiting room was bussing with compliments on the care they give here. Superior Dr and Staff!

The check in process went very poorly.3 folks saw me and said nothing.I finally had to say to the 3 folks excuse me. After waiting about 40 minutes someone in the exam saw me and apparently folks up front never let them know I was waiting. The front did not have it together

After my x-ray was taken, we waited about 40 minutes before we could see the doctor. That seemed way too long.

My experience with the Greenville Hunt Center was perfect. And I think y'all doing so perfect. You're doing well from the way I step in, how I was received, how I was being taken care of. Everything is just good. All I can say is they should keep it up from the start to the doctor. Everybody's doing great.

Dr and staff were great. Dr did a great job explaining alternatives and we set a plan. Appointment was at 10. Was not seen until 1030. This is an issue. Coming from a client service background I find this unacceptable. I feel that if after 15 minutes I am not seen some explanation along with the estimated time until I will be seen would be appropriate

My appointment was for 10:50 a.m. I did not see the doctor until 11:35 a.m. I feel like I didn't spend enough time with the doctor to ask more questions. Not the doctor's fault but I was never really told what my test results were other than it's bad. I need more than that I was depending on seeing the results on my chart and nothing has posted. Very frustrating not knowing what the tests reveal.

The hand washing question I answered no but considering the type of appointment it was, for my hand, it wasn't necessary. So I don't think they should be graded on that. Otherwise it was a good visit. High marks for all of the staff. Just wish the Dr would have gone into a little more detail about the procedure considering it's a surgery but otherwise excellent service. I feel confident in doing the surgery the Dr recommended.

Not only was the NP very knowledgeable but also went and got a doctor immediately.

No changes whatsoever!!! Everyone we came in contact with was absolutely wonderful, from the scheduling, to check in, to the medical assistants, and the provider. I will always recommend this office to anyone with hand problems. I honestly wish every doctor's office was like this one!!!
