Everyone was great & don't see any way for improvement!

Dr. Stellingsworth and his staff were kind and caring to me and my wife. Dr. Stellingsworth is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional.

There is nothing that could be improved. Everything at this office is great.

Not having to sit in room they put you in waiting for doctor to come in. Need to space all appointments at least 30 minutes apart and that would give applicable time to spend with patients and answer all questions and concerns. Other than that,no problem at all. Thanks for everything you guys do.

Waited one hour then said Md would be late.Md was doing procedure. After hour forty five minutes Md finally arrived. He did not have my latest lab work that he ordered.

I felt rushed in triage. The nurse was rude and I was ready to leave before I even saw the doctor. If I wasn't having symptoms I would have left. She was asking me personal questions in the hallway. When the other nurse told her I needed an EKG she said what for? I am a nurse and I know how things work and she was not professional at all. I didn't get a chance to tell her why I was there before putting me in a room. I have been to this office before two years ago and after this visit I probably will not return. I voiced to one nurse I was not pleased and she apologized but it wasn't her fault. She was not the rude one. I felt judged because of my age because I am younger they looked at me like I was wasting their time. I was not pleased with this visit.

I entered my medical history in the portal before my appointment, but the receptionist asked all the questions again in writing and the nurse asked all the questions again verbally. The doctor did not have access to my history.

It was perfect.

Nothing else you took care of everything

I was not clear to Dr so I was confusing him. I would have liked for him to try to understand more.

The Dr. Need to have more patience and understanding of what the patient is tell when it comes down to how there are feeling just bc u know medical how someone maybe feeling doesn't actually justify the way feeling in the physical

I can think of nothing other than possibly being able to see all tests results. Most are on MyChart but a few have not been posted. I meant to ask for copies because I like to keep hard copies of my medical records.

I don't think there's anything they could do to have changed my opinion of my treatment. It was very, very good.

No complaints, therefore no recommendations

Wait time was about 2 hrs. for approximately 10 -15 minutes with the nurse practitioner and the Dr. combined.

Nurses and tech was very respectful.

Nothing else was needed. Staff extremely nice and courteous. Dr. Stellingworth seemed to listen and not make me feel rushed.

I do not know of any way that my visit could have been improved. Thorough, courteous, easy to interact with and efficient. Dr. Mark and his staff are exceptional!

The wait time to see the physician was a little too long.

I had only one response, and that was that I had to wait for almost two hours to see the doctor. Nobody informed me why I had to wait. I just was in there, I thought, for an extremely long time.

I have no suggestions, everything seemed fine.

By far, the most knowledgeable, accessible, appropriate, and thorough doctor I've ever dealt with. His staff enjoy working there and the entire office comes across as well trained and conscientious.

It took about a month for an apolntment.

Well, in my treatment, I would like to be updated with my blood work and what was found and what needs to be improved in my routine as far as eating. That's it.

I don't think anything needs to be improved.

All I can say is keep on doing what you are doing everything is perfect

When you set appointment don't make your way to half hour then the nurse was really good she put me in the room then I waited another 15 minutes for a doctor all together was one hour before the doctor I'll leave if I sit in and waiting if they did not call me

I have COMPLEAT trust in the care I received.

Waited a long time for doctor who dismissed me without any examination from him. He was late in coming and asked a few questions but didn't take time to examine

They do a great job couldn't add anything to the way they care for me.

New nursing assistants were very courteous and very friendly. Dr. Stellingworth is the very best. Take that from an old, retired nurse!! I couldn't find any better anywhere!!!!!

I do not like this doctor. He seems to have lost the understanding that I am a paying customer and talked to me very disrespectfully. I shall not be continuing my doctor patient relationship. He may be a good doctor, but his personal skills are severely lacking.

The nurses staff and the receptionists at the Wender and the ladies with appointments and like I said, everybody was so extremely nice. And I appreciate the staff. They were extra, extra nice and respect for me. And I appreciate that so much. I'm blind and they were very attentive and very helpful, the staff, the staff.
