I dont see anything that need to be approve in Dr Huck was fantastic

There were absolutely no issues. Everyone was very polite and professional.

There ain't no other way. Everything was professionally.

Be more polite And caring, it felt like my appointment was rushed...

Only thing I would've preferred is to have my next appointment scheduled before I left. Don't see the need in having a phone call with a nurse before being scheduled. I have a 2 week wait just to receive a phone call before I can get an appointment.

Yall listen to what I had to say and asked me did I had any worries overall I loved that I chose you guys as my doctor and to help take care of me throughout this journey

I believe everyone is encountered was great and really couldnt suggest anything to improve in that area. I fully trust everyone I encountered and felt respected the whole visit.

In my opinion maybe listen to the patient without giving looks back and forth that makes patients uncomfortable.

I was at the office for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Far too long. Had to wait to get my vitals taken. Completed my stress test then had to wait to see the provider. A nurse mentioned how "everyone showed up at once" but this office schedules appointments so that seemed like an excuse. My time is valuable and I am not interested in waiting around for appointments.

Everyone was very professional

I was scared facing unknown health issues. I was treated with the utmost respect and care. I can't express enough how grateful I am for my care team. I felt seen, heard and cared for.

The automated text following my appointment said I was seen by a physician Dr. Hucks. However, I was not seen by a physician. I was cared for by LPN.

One thing I don't understand or like is the fact that y'all charge the patients to full out their family medical leave forms. I'm having surgery and I'll be out of work for 6 weeks. And I have to pay 25 per form I feel that is ridiculous. A lot of people don't have money just laying around me included!

Everyone was very caring and professional. My visit was a very good experience. I think the idea of the card to take home displaying everyone's name who took care of you during this appointment is genius

They could have reached out to my PCM for my recent blood and ultra sound history prior to my appt.

Next year, I would like to choose my own OB/GYN. I really wasn't comfortable with him. Thanks

Everything went smoothly and great on my first appointment

Great experience overall

I was a few days away from a scheduled surgery which I waited months for and it got canceled due to me being anemic even though that's on my chart and in my records. My surgery was canceled before my labs/ bloodwork even came back.

I didn't see the physician until 50 minutes after my appointment time. That's pretty unprofessional.

I was checked in and placed in a room and told to disrobe. B bc b . About 50 minutes later the doctor showed up. At 40 minutes of waiting naked, I literally had to poke by head out the door and call for a nurse. All together I waited 50 minutes

had good results. I trust the doctor and everything was excellent and I think he did a good job, a very good job and I respect him a whole lot and I'm trusting him to do this surgery and everything go well. I get back home safe and that's it.

I have no complaints

Dr. Hucks was great. He also delivered my baby and he was kind patient and him and his staff asked me if I was ok and was supportive. I appreciate kind people because that is hard to find these days.

I have not been to this office in so long I was a new patient. The nurses, office staff, and Dr. HUCKS were amazing. They all listened to me as I tend to talk a lot when I'm nervous. The only issue was no fault of a human but that when they transferred electronic records to a new system, my OB information did not transfer.

No suggestion comes to mind. I felt seen and valued.

DR Hucks asked ans answered all of the questions that I had. He explained in detail and used the charts on the wall to show me where things were and explain what the procedure and out come was. He was very professional and down to earth, I would 100% recommend him for ob/gyn care.

I felt seen and heard. I did not experience any lack of care or concern whatsoever.

I just feel like as a Medicaid recipient that every, you know, the couple of times I've been to the office, the level of care is very drive-through, very bare minimum, and it's hard to feel like I'm being properly cared for and that I can fully trust the doctors.

Not assumed I was drugseeking just because I asked for pain management other than ibuprofen for endometriosis.
