Everyone was very professional. I was very pleased with my visit at the doctors office.

I enjoyed my visit. The doctor thoroughly explained my thyroid nodules and explained how my nodules compare to the norm. I understood it! If there was something I questioned she cleared it up with ease. I felt respected and appreciated.

This appt. should have taken 30 minutes. I waited in the treatment room for along time. The doctor did not do a physical exam of my thyroid so I'm not sure if I want to continue my care with Prisma.

Dr. Grotzke was amazing. Very intelligent and listened very well. Professional as anyone I have ever met. She exceeds the Dr. I was seeing by light-years.

To be honest nothing. The support I received was amazing. The provider made sure I understood treatment. Taught me about other resources. And gave different strategies for what if questions I had. She explained them throughly and respectfully. Asked questions and let me answer to see what knowledge I personally had and corrected any misconceptions I had. This gave me a deeper and clearer understanding of my own health currently and any signs I may need to take in account.
