It took three times calling your office to get a referral from my doctor, my primary doctor, and she had called the office on two times asking why we had not gotten the referral yet. At one point I was told, oh yes, here it is, and then when the doctor called She was told, we never received a referral from you. So something is awry here. I don't think there's very good communication perhaps in the registration and the referrals.
