I am very happy having Dr. Margaret Sims as my doctor.

I am a new patient and there was a medical student present for the first visit, therefore the conversations were professional and courteous, but not as natural as would occur without an observer. I believe a future appointments will be more natural, providing space for deeper conversation.

It was perfect.

Dr Sims is a caring doctor. She is professional and yet personable. She has been a great blessing to my husband and myself. I trust her completely with my care.

Dr. Sims has been our (my husband) and I primary care doctor for years. She might occasionally say I am not taking my medicine correctly but she will also tell me why and I appreciate her honesty on that. She is a wonderful and caring doctor and she really cares about her patients. It is very difficult to find a medical doctor who cares so much. My husband is a disabled veteran and she really helps him.

My only concern is that I cannot call to set up an appointment and talk to a receptionist. It only goes to voicemail and you have to request on mychart. I wish a receptionist would answer and set appointments. Maybe this is the new way of doing things, but most other places have a human you can talk to.

office didn't open on time. For my 8:00am appointment, the doors were not unlocked until 8:10am (after requesting patients to arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time). This has been the only time this has happened during my many years with this provider.

Received annual flu shot, no problem

Allow me to use my phone. The area of the building this office is in does not have any service for cell phones. And the wi go does not work. It is horrible

She listened to me well and didn't rush, which I really appreciated. It would have been nice if we'd talked a little more about her initial diagnosis, but the evaluation is ongoing, and I could have asked about the diagnosis but didn't. Dr. Sims did a very good job!

My sister's doctor requires blood tests BEFORE the visit so he has all the information he needs when they come. The blood tests my husband had were AFTER he had already seen the doctor. How can she know what's going on when she doesn't have results to blood tests AT THE APPOINTMENT?????

Dr Sims is always very attentive, thorough, and informative. She has seen us through some difficult things. We appreciate her and the staff.

Dr. Sims is extremely thorough with our medical care. She always makes sure we explain any problems we are having. Dr. Sims is the best doctor we see and we really appreciate her very much. She is also very kind and we really love here.

I forgot to mention one of my concerns, so I could have been asked if there was anything else I needed to discuss. But Dr. Sims was running behind schedule and she had given me plenty of time.

Time waiting in room before doctor came in was about 25 minutes. Don't schedule appointment times (length of appointment periods) such that patients have extended wait times.

I've been going to Dr. Sims for many years, and she is the best! She quietly listens to me until I'm finished talking before she responds, and she maintains eye contact. I'm sure each one of her patients feels this way, but she always makes me feel like I'm her only patient. That's how much she projects care and concern for her patients.
