For the most part, I felt heard and could voice a lot of my concerns in that appointment. One piece of feedback is just that I felt like the doctor was a bit rushed. We were the first appointment of the day. We were early and seen on time, but we asked several questions of the doctor and then it seemed like she needed to rush out of the room to get to the next patient. So maybe for next time, just being able to let us completely voice our questions and respect our time.

Maybe have something in the room to help distract/entertain the younger kids during an appointment

There was a nurse three months ago-I don't remember who it was-but I called to say I didn't trust a medication and needed more information about my son's diarrhea, and she answered me rather rudely. I honestly don't know who she was, but when I've been to the clinic, they've treated me very well and with respect. She only spoke English.

Nothing - the team was great and established a follow up plan at the time of visit to provide continued support after trialing initial recommendations.

The new secretaries could be friendlier.

In my opinion the visit went well, and I don't have complaints with the Children's clinic TR location. My daughter has been a patient for about 10 years. Keep doing what you do!
