There's nothing I can think of that needs improvement. I felt 100% better mentally after my visit. I had believed for a while that surgery was my only option, but Madeline Redhead-Kriston recommended gel shots and explained how they could benefit me. She truly took a huge weight off my shoulders. Surgery isn't an option for me right now, and I'm willing to try anything to avoid it.

The step stool looked terrible and didn't give confidence on the cleanliness. There was dirt and goo all around the edges. I was told that administration did not want to spend money on replacing them. It almost looked as though someone had spit up on it.
