Saw me without an appt immediately with good results.

I think to improve respect and communications, it would be better that when you go to check into any of the Prisma offices, you have to state your name, you have to say, are you still at your blah, blah, address, and you have to say yes, and you have to answer all these questions, your age and your name and birth date and all of this stuff. And everybody sitting in the lobby couldn't hear that conversation. I have a problem with that, and I would hope that other people have commented appropriately, because it's supposed to be personal information, and it doesn't seem to be personal when the whole lobby is listening to you, especially these

I was well pleased with my care

I cannot think of anything to improve support or trust.

Nothing more could be done to improve my experience. The doctor is a kind and compassionate person. That's all that anyone could ask for.

Luke Holden has been an amazing PCP for me over the last 4 years. The Med techs are also wonderful as well as phlebotomist Olivia!

I requested Finasteride Minoxidil during the checkup and Doctor Luke said he would add that to my list and it isn't on my prescription treatment list to pickup, Please add that on for me, Thank You

Everything was good. Everybody was nice and it was enjoyable. I understood everything. I like going, like seeing, I like going to Travis Family Places. They all so nice.

I was surprised that more staff weren't wearing a mask due to the uptick in flu cases. Although I was wearing one, it gave me pause to think they weren't.

Not having patients sit alone in a room more than one time during a visit.

I just want to let you know that Dr. Holden is a great doctor. The office personnel is always great. His nurse is really good. I have all confidence in him and his staff. And I just wanted you to know that, how much we think of him. Thank you.

Luke Holden is outstanding. He takes his time to wade through the rarities of my diseases, offers compassion and is always seeking ways to better my circumstances. He is compassionate, listens and spends a lot of time researching before I arrive; yet, he's humble and empathetic. I feel he knows much more than his supervisor, but I feel he is repeatedly held back by that Dr. so I'm left in a lurch at times because his supervisor doesn't know anything about me or my extremely rare conditions so it frustrates me and it must frustrate him and all the time he has put into researching and listening to me. I believe he needs a supervisor that spends the time he does in researching, processing, and trying to find ways to better my health. I just get the feeling he is held back because of a lazy supervisor. This is totally my perception. Luke has never alluded this or said anything to even hint at it-he is way to professional and is a team player and is super humble. He enjoys his job and is constantly seeking advice from the doctors that are readily available. It's just my feeling/perception as time goes by. He has the work ethnic of a Trojan and I'm so thankful our paths crossed when they did. .

Luke Holden and staff are fantastic providers, personable, knowledgeable, and they really care. I appreciate everything this office and especially Luke has done to improve my health

This is my favorite Dr. office by far everyone is so nice.

The Dr was caring and helpful but nurses could have a little more information about why you are there as well.

No suggestions... I was impressed with how short the wait time was for each care giver.

It was a pleasant experience & glad to meet with a doctor that we had not formally met. They have a good staff at this office & have been very helpful.

The staff is always pleasant and attentive.

Appt was for lab work only before 6 mth review to update meds. Very sweet lab lady explained that she did not have any lab orders for my visit. After discussing why I was there, we agreed to take blood and urine samples as I always do for this type visit.

Not one thing they are always so nice and my Dr he is so great he wood go out of his way to help you he is the best doctor I have ever had he takes the time to tell you what you need to know that goes a long way.

Love going to this practice in TR

While my caregiver was out on leave, his staff was difficult to communicate with and very difficult regarding getting an appointment with another caregiver in the office. Messages went unanswered or not answered in a timely fashion. I reported this to him when he returned from leave.

Dr. Holden is a very compassionate doctor. I can also tell when he comes in that he has already looked at my results and my history and knows what I might need or what might not work for me. I really appreciate that in a doctor as nowadays with a limited amount of time to spend, it's rare that you get that kind of attention. So I think Dr. Holden is a wonderful doctor. I trust him completely. Thank you.

I really can't think of a way you could improve. I never have a problem come to the office. Everybody is courteous and helpful. And the doctors are very good at listening and helping.

I find everyone that I had contact with to be polite, professional and respectful. From checking in to finalizing my appointment it was a positive experience.

From the front desk when you walk on to the tech that does our pre visit workup to Like the PA I received better that expected. They are a great group and I have never had this great care in Pennsylvania

Luke Holden is more thorough and has a better bedside manners then most "Doctors I've e ever been treated by! Excellent care.

So far good. But the rooms that haven't been used they to dust better. Need to dust every time the office is cleaned
