I had questions after my visit. I called and left a message. Dr.Haggenjos's Nurse returned my call promptly. Jessica answered my concerns , she called me a second time with answers from the Dr. about my questions.

Nothing. This Dr. is excellent at explaining things to me and listening to and answering my questions. She never has made me feel like she is in a hurry.

Dr. Haggenjos listen to me and explain to me in a way that I would understand. She took the time with me so that I did not feel like, just another number. I am very pleased with her effort to help me.

Have the Prisma administration taking better care of their established doctors so they don't leave, in other words, listen!!

Dr. takes her time with you to explain things to you until you understand. Never never does she make you feel hurried. She listens to you and makes you feel relevant.

I have no complaints or concerns. I feel like Dr H is very thorough. She seems to know my previous history well, she doesn't rush my appointment, and she makes sure my questions are answered.

I cannot think of a thing. My experience was excellent.
