Dr Darby and her staff are top notch. No changes needed.

As always everyone and everything was excellent! Dr. Darby is always friendly , compassionate, knowledgeable and I trust her completely with my care . I have always been pleased with my outcome . She is the BEST and truly cares . My husband who is a surgeon heard Dr. Darby speak about vein treatment when they were teaching at the medical school and recommended her to me . She has taken care of me ever since . She's truly a blessing .

The appointment felt slightly rushed. Also, perhaps giving the patient the opportunity to look at her legs after the doctor injected the veins to see if there was a question or maybe a vein that was missed that the patient really wanted treated at this visit.

Everything was great. The doctors are so booked out. That is a great thing for them. It is hard if you need to change an appointment. But that just means they are that good and in high demand!!

Medical treatment is great Scheduling notification is a mess. I had three different advance notifications for this appointment. 11:30 in MyChart, 11:00 text notification and phone call on the way that said I was scheduled for 10:30.

My medical history was unknown to this office because I live in another county so it was not in the system. Dr. Darby was wonderful!

I was treated with care and respect.

I feel like the provider had already determined my diagnosis or lack thereof before hearing my concerns. She was dismissive of my concerns and "passed the buck," if you will, to the next specialist. She conflated the diagnostic criteria for lipedema and lymphedema and did not seem truly knowledgeable of lipedema. Her physically exam was limited to venous return and not lymphatic return or tissue composition.

Great service & professionalism. Just Can take up to 8 months to book an appointment.

I don't have any additional suggestions at this time. Dr. Darby and the entire staff have been very responsive, courteous and professional. Thank you!

Frankly Dr Darby I don't believe needs any improvement. She is one of the most personable doctors we have ever had in SC. One of the reasons we still use Prisma

During the procedure I would have preferred the doctor and nurses not talk to each other about their personal business. It was unnerving. I would rather they only talk about what was being done to me. It made me feel like they might make a mistake as they were treating me. I don't mind soft music during a procedure but chit chat does not make me feel safe.

My experience was great

I waited over six months for my appointment with Dr. Darby, who I trust very much and needed care from. And I was certainly well treated once I got in there, but I waited six months for the appointment.

The doctor said I should come back in four to six weeks, but the front desk said it would be six months before I could get in. So there's a disconnect between the doctor and the front desk.

The doctor, nurse practitioner, and nurses were great! It helped that they were talkative and friendly towards me.

Dr. Darby and her team are outstanding in every aspect of their patient care. They are kind, helpful, aware of one's issues and efficient. I recommend her to friends with the highest level of confidence.
