Some confusion between office staff and Doctor as to procedure. Doctor has addressed and hopefully rectified the issue.

I was told by a prisma doctor in the ER to follow-up with my primary care provider. I made this appointment as follow-up and the NP told me she "couldn't do anything for me" or that she doesn't help with that kind of care. It felt really off putting and like she didnt understand what I was feeling. The advice she gave me wasnt helpful. When I talked to another NP, he gave me an actual diagnosis and solutions for what I was going through.
