I can't ask for a better team of healthcare professionals

My appointment was at 2:15 pm. When I went to check out, there was no one to check out those that had completed their appointment. Staffing in the support of Dr. Taylor needs some attention.

Didn't give me what I needed. He set me up for a eoch. My job need the form signed for release for me to drive 18 wheeler. He put old information on the form. Didn't release me to drive. Time is money. I have driven 6 mos before I came to him. And now instead of saying Yes or No. You put echo on there each is pending. And I understand he make money off of that. It cost me 2600.00. Then I wasn't able to continue my hiring process.

Exam rooms were small and without adornments or soft music. Soothing framed images and soft, inoffensive sounds, be they music or nature, help lower anxiety and promote a better health encounter.

It was too easy to over hear the receptionist talking on the phone and to people checking in. Esp on the pulmonary section.

This is a feedback line, I suppose. All right. I like Dr. Taylor very much. But I think your office, it would be helpful. When a patient comes in, for the patient to be given a questionnaire each time to structurally give information to the doctor because sometimes when a person comes in, it's kind of like, you know, I just, I didn't, I don't feel like I left there knowing anything. I didn't have any tests ahead of time. We referenced my echo or something like that that was done

I can't make my appointment -when I'm leaving the office- for my next six month checkup. I have to remember to call the office about two months before I need another appointment - and then sometimes they say they have already filled up that time slot. Could there be a better way to make appointments?
