There is nothing they all did a great job

The Dr. Seemed rushed and distracted

I was referred to a physical therapy group and will possibly be scheduled for an MRI after their work is complete. However, Dr. Mullinax and I are not a good fit. She was rude, in a big rush & didn't seem capable of receiving anything other than yes or no questions. If I could work with another doctor, that would be great.

Nothing comes to mind... I was very pleased with the results of my ablation, and everything else...just seemed to fall into place as far as I'm concerned. :)

Dr. Mullinax was very professional and thorough about my painful situation, explaining in detail possible treatment. I really appreciated her thorough review of my MRI, which helped me understand her treatment recommendations.

We're extremely pleased with Dr Mullinax and the care she provides.

Nurse who did initial interview was not friendly. No smile, inpatient and unfriendly. She did not wash her hands, however, she made no direct contact with me, just computer reviewed history, pain levels & computer input.

i've been seeing Dr Mulinax for a few yrs now . I've put my trust and faith in her doing whats right with my health . it means so much when the doctor treats you like you matter . My nurse , went above and beyond to help me because it's all i can do to get up and down out of a chair . I wish i could say this with all my doctors , but i can't . kindness does matter .

Other than medication with significant adverse side effects I was hoping I would have achieved some satisfaction in dealing with my shoulder pain other than what I am currently doing. I'm sure my orthopedist thought recommending me would be helpful, but as it turned out there is nothing aside from medication that would be helpful. I would rather not be dependent on medication with adverse side effects. Maybe insurance doesn't cover anything more or this is just the protocol. In the grand scheme of things it has to be ok. Disappointing, but that's life. Sometimes doctors are limited in what they can do.

Dr. Mullinax was wonderful. She has requested another MRI for my cervical spine, which may finally help to figure out how to help my pain. I really liked her and it was a good first visit to this practice.

Could of done something, anything!! This visit, besides the girls in xray they were great, Mullinax did NOTHING!! Didn't ask about my meds, Didn't ask if I needed anything! This is the worst visit ive ever had!!

Doctor needs to give advice to control pain between visits. Impossible to contact doctor

Provider always acts like she is barely tolerating you.

I don't think it could be improved much. Dr is excellent, professional and understands my conditions and situation. I am happy with the way they treat me.

Find help for my pain with different drugs that the goverment will not allow.

Keep doing what your doing

Maybe I was not clear what a pain management doctor is supposed to be but did not expect Dr to say she couldn't do anything unless she knew what was causing the pain. Surely I am not the only one whose other doctors don't know what is causing this pain issue.

Listen and slow down.

My visit was pretty much what I expected.

I was pleased with the visit. Perhaps my plan for the long-term future could have been clearer. They did call for some tests. It may just be my fogginess, I just don't have a clear picture of what all will be happening next. Overall, the doctor was thorough and I was pleased!

For as we are concerned no improvement needed.

I have been seeing this doctor for several years. She has no concern for my issues, doesn't answer questions and no longer listens.

As a new patient, sit down and talk to me and review my chart before coming into the room. All I did was talk to the back of a PC monitor while she stood. She barely acknowledged me when she came in the room, I reached my hand out to her to introduce myself. Truly one of the worst experiences I have ever had, which is very unusual for Prisma.

My doctor was very nice. She seemed rushed. I have a hard time talking, sometimes getting my words out. But once I told her that, she was a lot more understanding. But maybe somebody in the future might not be able to speak up like I did. Thank you. Goodbye.

I wish Doctor spends more time answering questions. It appears that Doctor is in a hurry.

Review the patients health history prior to visit, then questions by the provider could be more specific.

I would just like a longer, more thorough visit with the doctor. You tend to wait a lot and then your visit goes by in like five minutes. That's about it. Thank you.

I have been going to Dr Mullinax for quite some time and I feel more comfortable with her than years ago. Smiling, friendly and listening to me and she has made me comfortable during our visits. Still having difficulty asking for slight increase in amount of pain meds but am ok with her still prescribing meds with the chronic pain that I do have. She is still prescribing me what does work for me, of which I am very thankful.
