I checked in using e-check-in on MyChart. However, when I arrived I still had to go through a list of data (date of birth, address, insurance) with the check-in staff. This seems to make e-check-in pointless.

Hi, the services were fine. However, I was given the impression that I would be able to go to Patewood rather than have to drive all the way to Simpsonville, so we're still trying to decide what to do because I had hoped originally to go to Greer, but I was okay to go to Patewood, but I'm not sure I'd want to go all the way to Hillcrest, so I had asked if possibly I might use a different position. So I will be calling them back to discuss that further. Thank you.
