I waited over an hour to be seen. This is not the first time this has happened. Time management seems to be an issue.

I had to wait 30 minutes in the waiting room and then another 20 to be seen by the doctor. I knew the doctor I saw was very thorough so I was okay to wait but being my first experience I was surprised how long it took to be seen.

Great visit

Everyone was very polite and professional.

This was one of the best experiences in a doctors office from check in, seeing the ultrasound tech, the nurse, my provider, and check out. Every employee was friendly, smiled and seemed happy to help with whatever we were interacting with them for. I am so impressed and cannot think of a way to improve.

I had very good care. The only problem was just the wait time.

It was really hard to schedule with Dr. Honken. I was either placed on hold forever or had to call several times to get someone. I just wish it was easier to get on the schedule.

I just wish the appointment didn't take 2:30 hours. We wait a while to get back into a room. Then it took a long time for the doctor to come in the room

Dr.Honken is a great Dr.I trust her and her opinion.

my lab results were not in my chart, but the office staff was amazing and helpful when I called to get them. I can't get into my chart unless I get an email, so the whole my chart experience is a bit rough. Doctor, nurses, and staff were all exceptional!

Nothing to add, exceptional care provided. Dr Honken is an incredibly talented physician, extremely knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator.

I wish every provider in the office was like Dr. Honken. She's incredible; she's patient and kind, always listens, and provides the best solutions with honesty and integrity. I am confident she actually knows me and medical history and that I'm not just another number to her. Other providers in the office could learn a lot from her.

I would say I really had a good experience with this provider and the nurse team. The only thing that I will improve is that the wait time was really long. I was there for almost two hours, but I understand that Dr. Honken is very busy. Also, I did not get a call back for a follow-up appointment. The staff that was leaving said that they would call me the following morning, and I have not received a call yet. So just the follow-up calls would be great. But other than that, I really did enjoy this provider and the team.

Really can't think of anything, Dr Honken covered all the bases so to speak! She gave me information regarding how A I will be used involving her notes and was very personable, professional, friendly and helpful.

Been more timely

Please give more time with each patient instead of booking them every 15 minutes is ridiculously unrealistic. Dr. Honken goes above and beyond for her patients and deserves more time for each appointment. She actually takes the time to make everyone feel seen heard and understood.

I am looking for a fpllpw up call. My instructions are not completed. I was informed. I was not treated. But Im sure they will follow up to complete my visit.

Could have texted, messaged or called in advance to let me know the provider was an hour behind. I took off work early for no reason to sit at a doctors office for an hour. Furthermore offering to reschedule at check in when I was told it was going to be an hour would have been nice. Yall will cancel a patients appointment if they're more than 15 minutes late and charge a late fee but patients are just expected to wait with no offer of water, or any updates on the wait time or rescheduling options.

Respect patients time. We are expected to be on time but its seems to be okay if the doctor is late My appointment was suppose to be 45 minutes turned into 2hour.

Nope I love Dr. Honken. Just hate the wait time is so insane. 2 1/2 hours...

I like to plan so I think specifically because I'm in the 3rd trimester planning out the rest of my appointments would be helpful.

My whole visit went great, except for the fact that I had to wait three hours to see the doctor. I had an ultrasound scheduled for 9 a.m. I got there at 8.45 a.m., so I was early. Was taken straight back for the ultrasound. That went great. No problems there. And I was out of the ultrasound by like 9.15. But then I was put in another waiting room where I waited almost two hours to get put back in a room to see the doctor, and then once I was in the room, I waited another hour on the doctor to come in to see me. So other than the long three-hour wait, the office visit was great, so I have no other complaints, but there's really no excuse for a three-hour wait ever, in my opinion, especially if no one can give an explanation as to why it took that long. I came to the doctor as a new patient and the appointment time frame set aside for such is 15 minutes. Other places I have gone to has been 30 minutes as a new patient. Its better to overestimate than underestimate the time frames for doctors appointments as this helps doctors to give their attention to the patient. PLEASE EXTEND TIMES FOR DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS WITH THE PATIENT!! This is in the best interest for both parties.

My OB/GYN (Dr. Honken) is absolutely fantastic, but please somehow allow her to have longer appointment times because she is almost always an hour behind on appointments. I know it's because she truly cares and talks to each patient in depth but it is very frustrating. But I cannot say enough good things about her.

I waited 1 hour to go back and another 30 minutes to be seen. The whole experience took two hours for a 15 minute appointment to be told nothing new, that I should stick with what I was offered at my last appointment. I left exhausted and dissatisfied.

Let the patients know upon checking in that the prover was behind for the morning. After waiting in the waiting room for over an hour and then another 45 minutes in a room it would have been nice for checkin to provide an update. Also when a provider enters a patients room it would have been nice to be greeted without her on her phone. Not to mention on her phone throughout majority of the visit. Multiple patients expressed their frustration with over an hour wait time in the lobby and each were told "you'll be called back next". Rather than waiting for frustration to set in it would have been nice either at check in or after a time frame of waiting to receive an update. My appointment was pushed from a morning to afternoon appointment due to the provider having a procedure that morning which is understandable. It seems that ample time was not blocked off/ allotted on her schedule to allow her to complete the procedure and see patients in office in a timely manner.

My treatment from Dr. Honken was, and always is, great. My issues are mostly with the answering services. Your website says you open at 8am; however, every time I call between 8-8:30am the answering service says I'm calling after hours. When it finally does put me through I almost never get a person, but have to leave a message. On this occasion, I left a voice message AND messaged through My Chart. I still had to wait 48 hours before I was able to get an appointment. Having to make multiple follow up calls/messages before getting an appointment is not good service. I hope you can remedy the issues with the answering services and the appointment setting. It really had me considering another OBGYN simply because making an appointment is such a pain.

Doctor Honken is literally the best doctor I've ever had and her nurse is fantastic as well. The front desk employees could probably benefit from a customer service training class.

Dr. Honken is amazing. I attempted to get an appointment a few weeks ago and getting someone on the line or even being able to schedule an appointment was unsuccessful. Luckily she messaged me about a concern and was able to get me in quickly.

The reception could have been nicer. They canceled my appointment without reaching out to me and rescheduled it without seeing if the new time would have worked. Thankfully my Dr rescheduled me to a time that would have worked for me. They were ready to send me on my way, not letting me explain the situation. There was an attitude and whispering about the situation. The nurses and the dr gave me their full attention and listened to what I said. Upon checking out, the staff were very accommodating and friendly.

I don't know much about healthcare administration but this office is an absolute disaster and it has to be management, not the providers. I've been a patient at several Prisma locations and only here does it take 6 months to get a new patient visit and then have to wait an additional two hours beyond your appointment time to be seen. Yes, we travel and we wait for good care and Dr Honken is the best, but something has gone awry and needs to be fixed. I understand OB offices have last minute urgent things that are beyond their control, but my primary care also does OB and pediatrics (another high rate of last minute visits specialty) and not only have I never waited two hours to be seen, they have figured out how to improve things and reduce wait times over the years. Ask the Winnsboro office what they did/do, it's working great.

I'm a fairly new patient of Dr Honken's and I can't say enough good things about her and the care I've received . She really listens to my concerns and her treatment recommendations have been effective . I'm so glad I found her ! Plus all the staff in her practice have been welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Don't change a thing !

Have more time to discuss issues not detailed in the email. It's seemed very impersonal to be so efficient in an email and I was fearful if we talked too long there would be a bill. You have a phenomenal staff- engaging, funny, and very knowledgeable. Please don't be so efficient you lose your Heart! We need you.

There was nothing that could have been done better. This visit with Dr. Honken was very informative and most of all she listened and answered all of my questions concerning my reason for being there.

Make more time with the patient. My appointment was at 2:00 I was in the back and ready to be seen in a timely manner however I sat in the back in a room undressed for an hour before my doctor came in to do my annual appointment. Under staffed and over booked. Not one time did anyone come in the room within that hour of waiting either to give me any update as to what was taking so long. Just ridiculous.

I made the appointment to discuss menopause and it was also my yearly physical. I was told I could not discuss menopause treatment as it was not part of a yearly physical. I am new to this doctor and there is a wait list to see her again, so I was not able to really get my concerns addressed in this visit. I'm going to try to make another appointment. I was told last time that it might not be this year. Hopefully there will be another cancellation that I can take.

The one thing I would probably change is that when I came back for blood work, I got results within 24 hours on my chart. And there were a number of abnormal values. And I still have not been able to speak with my doctor about what those abnormal values mean. So in the meantime, I'm left to kind of wonder and worry. So it would be helpful to receive quicker feedback from the doctor regarding my lab work.

I had no problems other than my provider being behind schedule. I had to wait about an hour past my appointment be seen. It's not a problem because I get quality care.

I wasn't called back for my appointment for almost an hour after my appointment was scheduled. A "hey we haven't forgotten about you" would have been nice.

Please get Dr. Honken more help! She was running around like a wild woman taking care of patients. She did a fantastic job of not making me feel rushed, but there were a lot of people coming into her pod, and she was the only one I saw on duty. Also, it would've been helpful if the front desk would have warned me at the beginning that they were running behind.

Dr Honken is overbooked and runs behind. This is 0% her fault. She works in a system that rewards providers who spend less time with patients and are only checking required boxes. She provides excellent quality but it is not how the health care system measures quality. She deserves higher compensation for the higher level of care she provides

Team was behind schedule by a lot... they were aware when I checked in... it would have been nice to get a call and come in a little later. I ended up wasting an entire day and not able to go into work because I was in the office for over 3 hours

Just let people know your running behind schedule would be nice.

Reduce wait times in waiting room

Updated me on the wait time (from arrival to seeing the doctor was right at an hour). I didn't mind waiting, but updates would have been appreciated. When Dr. Honken was with me, she was not hurried, and she took all the time that was needed to provide excellent care. It doesn't bother me that she was spending that same kind of time with patients who had appointments before me. I would much rather have a long wait time to see someone who treated me like Dr. Honken, than to get seen exactly at my appointment time.

I waited six months to see Dr. Honken. She was well worth the wait. She spent a long time with me. She didn't seem pressed for time. She was very thorough with my history and my current needs. I wish that she had been my ob during my child bearing years. She is like no other gynecologist I have seen. I understand why the wait to see her may be long. She is a true blessing.

Nothing to add. Except, Dr. Honken is an amazing doctor and human. She really cares for the whole patient, truly listens to your concerns, and helps in every way that she can! Lucky to have found an Ob like Dr. Honken.

I was not happy at having to wait over an hour and a half from the appointment time until the time I was finally seen by the doctor. If wait times like that are typical, that expectation should've been set when I made the appointment.

A smile at the reception desk always goes a long way for me.
