Dr Simms came in and started discussing my problem. She had reviewed my chart prior to discussing a plan of treatment. This means a lot to me that my drs do review my health history.

I was totally satisfied with the visit and the doctors/nurse.

I waited 2.5 months for an appointment which seems like a lot. I did like the waitlist process but was only able to get 1 appointment sooner by 10 days. Fortunately my issue was not an emergency so was able to wait. Had it been more urgent I would have looked for another doctor who could see me sooner.

The only thing that could have been better is not having me come in at 7:45 and then the staff not be there until 8 o'clock or afterwards.

Great visit. No change needed.

Dr Simms was the sweetest most professional doctor I have ever had the pleasure of being examined!!

I wish I had remembered to ask for a printout of my office visit. Those helped me keep my future appointments straight too. And despite the heavy accent, we understood each other very well. Thank you.

The staff at the desk where entering the building is not very helpful or friendly. Asking about where to go seemed to be a problem for her to answer.

The nurse in charge was very hateful.

My wait for first time appointment started at four months and went down to three months due to cancellations. It was a long wait when I needed to be seen.

I felt sometimes that I had to pull information from her. I was under the impression that they would fix the bladder sling at the time of surgery as that is what I originally had asked to be done, along with lifting the prolapse. I still don't know even if it can be fixed. By having to cut out the bottom of the sling, I don't see that it is serving any purpose at all unless it can be fixed& if not I simply want to know up front. She has been very good explaining other things but I still don't think I am getting the full picture.

None needed - Dr Simms, her nurse and staff are extremely thorough in discussing with me all aspects of my health concerns within their specialty and treating me with professionalism. Thank you to her and all support persons for my care.

The nurse who did the urodynamic study was excellent! Highly recommend her. No area that needs improvement.

The employee at the checking desk did not tell me the waiting area I needed to go to downstairs. I ended up sitting in the incorrect waiting area.

Knowing my history, appointment (study) should have been taken care of long before now (been about a year). The procedure even though painful, was completed in record time. Appreciative of lengths nurse went to complete study with Dr's ok.

The visit was very productive and I was satisfied with my care.

Every one I had contact with was pleasant and professional. Each show an excellent degree of respect, courtesy, and skill at their position. I was treated with consideration, respect , and professional skill at each interaction with every one I had contact with at this office. I did not have to wait and was given great attention and explanation of procedure and treatment at each step of my exam and visit and at check out.

The expo was great overall. The doctor took a great amount of time to explain what she felt was going on, let me know everything she was doing while performing my exam, laid out in detail my treatment options and respected my treatment request. The only thing that was not excellent was the check in process. Neither check in person was very welcoming nor let me know who they were.

Nothing. Dr. Simms was amazing! Listens well and was very personable. I would absolutely recommend her to any female having pelvic floor issues. The nurse that checked me in was wonderful as well. Although the computer system Epic didn't want to load some of my information. Everyone was wonderful from the start to the end of my appointment. I'm so glad to be a Prisma employee.

My only complaint is that I had to wait so long to get an appt. Even followup appts are booked out weeks later. Dr Simms and all the staff were great, and I believe I got excellent care.

I was a new patient but I came in with a whole new problem that she took the time to explain what was happening and listened to me which I appreciated greatly. I could not have asked for better care from everyone I meet.She called to check on me.i feel like Im on the road to recovery

Absolutely nothing. I just love Dr. Simms and the staff. They are warm, welcoming and seem very glad to see me. I cannot express all the good things they do. I am a happy patient!

Nothing. Overall experience was good.

The one thing that would have helped is if they would have checked me in when they gave me the urine specimen cup to go give a urine sample at the top floor right when I got there because by the time I gave the urine sample and got back in line to get checked in when I got downstairs they had canceled my appointment but thankfully they were able to get me in with a different doctor.

Dr Simms was absolutely wonderful. She was willing to listen to my concerns and assure me that she would help me with what worked for me. She was kind, understand, supportive and is definitely an asset to the Greenville medical community. I will definitely recommend her to many of my friends. Dr. Simms was thorough and made sure I clearly understood my surgery. She took her time answering questions and didn't make me feel rushed. I feel very comfortable in her care. There are no improvements needed.

I have no suggestions for better service from doctor or nurses or receptionists. Everyone is so well trained and helpful whenever I come and give me the answers I am requesting. Keep every thing just the way it is. By the way, the trainee was exceptional!!!
