This is a top-notch office. I always know I will be cared for.

There seemed to be some confusion with the office staff about my appointment. Dr. Wang was fantastic and it seemed to me that she could use a stronger supporting staff.

There seems to be an issue with scheduling follow up appointments in the time frame the provider wants verses her availability. Her schedule is very tight several months out because of her demand. Example: she wanted to see me in three months but her availability was five months out.

Nothing. My visits for the last 10 years have been extraordinary

Consider the length of time I have been in pain and not offer a single thing to help. The only thing offered for pain is Gabapentin and cannot take it. 7 months of pain even doing everything I have been told to do. What kind of quality of life is that? I'm isolated, depressed, and just go to bed all the time. I guess that's acceptable.

The care was fine.

My only hope was to book this year's appointment more closely to last year's instead of waiting a month or so, if possible. There is no way you could improve my trust and respect. I am thoroughly impressed and grateful for the care that Dr Wang and her team consistently provides.

Dr Wang was incredibly kind and patient with my exam. The compassion and empathy she had for me was just incredible and brought me to tears. Thank you so much Dr Wang for making a dreaded procedure much easier and less stressful!

Dr Wang is one of the best doctors I've ever worked with and I have a complex case with long history of endo and hysterectomy.

I need to talk and be checked by a doctor not a nurse and do not like spending any time with a nurse nor having one in the room during the exam

I was there 2.5hrs and waited 1.5hr to be seen then again another big wait between being seen. That's a long time. My first appointment was cancelled and I flew into SC and then was told my appointment was cancelled the first time.

My after visit note is mostly epic generated fill in the blanks. Also I granted permission for a vulvar photo to be used in my chart. Now I question who has access to my chart. Dr Wang is my only Prisma provider but can anyone with Prisma epic credentials look at my chart?

Dr Wang was wonderful! I have not had a doctor that was so thorough, took the time, listened and offered guidance and compassion in such a long time. Great experience with Dr Wang No improvements to add.

I felt everything was done in a very professional way. The staff made me feel at ease & were very helpful.

Very good visit

Dr Wang is over scheduled so at checkout, I am unable to schedule a follow up appointment within the return time frame she suggested. The woman at the checkout desk did not care about this and pushed to schedule me several months past the time the doctor said to return. When I said no, she became irritated. I asked for a call back from Dr Wang's assistant, like last time, and she said ok but was obviously annoyed. We exchanged some unpleasant words but I held my ground and advocated for myself. I left the office without a follow up appointment after being prescribed new medication.

Given a written card with my next date on it.

Give the doctors more time than 15mins with each patient!

Return phone calls, not keep me waiting over an hour, do more than just prescribe things and actually try to help figure out why I'm having the issues

There is not one thing that needs to be improved. Dr. Wang is exceptional and I am so happy to be under her care. My entire experience at that office was exceptional.
