Laura Paige Crain, FNP

Paige Crain, FNP, joined the Prisma Health Cancer Institute in October 2021. Paige has been passionate about the specialty of oncology since 1991. She began her nursing career in oncology at this time, providing compassionate care to her patients and extending this care to the valued members of their support systems. Paige dedicated a large portion of her nursing career to administration of chemotherapy to her patients, all the while desiring to advance her knowledge base within oncology. She pursued her educational advancement in 2017, obtaining her BSN in 2019 and MSN in 2021, both from Walden University.

As a family nurse practitioner who genuinely desires to meet her patients right where they are, Paige realizes that every situation requires an individualized, unique approach. She values the education aspect of her role, appreciating that patients can only join her in improving their own outcomes when they fully understand the details of their designed plan of care.

In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and engaging in various outdoor activities such as biking, kayaking and swimming.
