Staff seemed to have some really serious issues with my gender/sexual orientation. I was told more than once I was in the wrong place. And I was thus late for my appointment. The actual doctors/nurses were okay with who I am, indeed were very supportive and helpful, but the majority of the clerical staff was not. One exception duly noted, woman working Desk at Pod D. I would absolutely recommend this doctor but would warn people that the clerical staff was iffy at best.

Dr.Kent is amazing she doesn't need to change anything . Prisma Health could benefit more if they had more doctors like her.

The appointments need to be longer. Due to the complexity of the medical issues being discussed there is never enough time to go through everything needed.

Dr Kent was excellent. I was a new patient to her, following up on an established issue and she had obviously reviewed my records and was familiar with my concerns. She never seemed rushed and made sure to discuss all treatment options with me. Highly recommend

I honestly cannot think of anything that needs improvement. Everyone was kind and respectful and I feel confident that I am getting the best medical care possible.

I see Dr.Kent she is the most amazing doctor. Prisma is extremely lucky to have her. She shows so much care and compassion to her patients.

The wait for this appointment was 5 months. More reasonable wait times would certainly help with our discomfort issues physically and mentally while we wait. I experienced a lot of anxiety going out in public with my fear of an accident In public.

GREAT PRACTICE....The only thing I can think of is that if Did Ethel pre-check in on My Chart, there shouldn't be a reason for me to stop by the front desk and wait...I could simply go down to the POD where I have my appointment

The floor seemed not as clean as usual. It's a little disconcerting but probably not able to be helped due to the nature of the patients.

The whole experience was very good!

All great, except... first nurse who came to put in a port, forced her way into a vain with difficulty. I wanted to make her stop. She just held my hand tightly and kept pushing. She finally got into a vein almost into my wrist. She started mid hand. I have good veins and have never had that much trouble or pain before. My hand was black & blue from wrist to knuckles, for 2 weeks!! She needs a refresher in needles.

It would've been helpful if I could've gotten an appointment earlier. It took about six weeks for me to get my first appointment, but I don't blame that on the doctor.

I don't feel like there is anyway you can improve on my Dr. Laura Kent, she is amazing and her stuff of nurses are also amazing. The ladies at the front desk are always smiling and you feel that the team are very caring and are very friendly and care about you as a person and not a number. I love Dr. Laura Kent.

You were perfect

The only thing I would suggest is that when you first arrive at the reception, that the receptionist would follow thru until patient goes back to see the doctor. In other words if a patient completes urine sample and does not return for further processing, that the receptionist would be proactive to find status of that patient.

really can't think of anything. Everyone was friendly and professional. Understood their tasks and carried them out confidently. A smile goes a long way and everyone had one. The initial receptionist could tell I was lost and helped me get to where I needed to go. Laura Kent was such a delight and very informative. She explained everything as she was doing it, leaving nothing to my imagination starting with "I'm sanitizing my hands to doing the procedure. She took the time to explain in depth my treatment options and provided me with printed info to carry home and consider. The facility was well maintained and clean inside and out. All in all a good experience. I only wish we lived closer. (47 minutes from Anderson-mostly hwy)
