The woman who checked me in was not very friendly (not nearly as nice as at the other cancer center) and she was listening to loud music on her iPhone while checking me in. I did not appreciate that (quite disrespectful and insensitive) and I was baffled about my having spent 30 minutes putting into the portal the information she asked me for. I expected more. Also, the public restroom on the ground floor was not clean and did not make me feel like I was in a clean environment.

So far, everything has been good.

I was most pleased with visit and felt this is the kind of medical care everyone needs

I have no suggestions because Dr. Puls and his staff treated me in a very professional and courteous manner. Without hesitation I would recommend this staff to family and friends.

The intern had strong perfume and I have scent allergies. I wore a mask for my own protection without this as a barrier I would have had a coughing and sneezing fit. She was super nice but in a medical office this should not be allowed

My visit met all my current expectations and needs. I was allowed to ask any and all questions. Dr Puls was very easy to talk to and explained everything very well.

The only nurse I talked to about my health was the one who took my blood pressure and we discussed it. She was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to what I had to say. I know I am scheduled to see a nurse practitioner in six months rather than Dr. Puls. I do prefer to see a doctor but is the way the industry is going today.

The nurses, physicians , nurse practitioners, lab workers, clerical help on the 3rd floor in the Cancer Center are amazing. They are always kind, considerate and always "tuned in" to your needs. I feel like we are all "family ".
