After the Dr left, l waited for at least 20 minutes for some one to come and show me cpap masked . She gave me information l needed, l just didn't like the wait, not knowing when she would come in

I waited months for this visit and was interested in learning more about the Inspire procedure instead of this horrible mask on my CPAP machine. Dr. Meade dismissed the Inspire consultation and said you're doing well on your CPAP totals. Then I asked about a new mask and someone came and measured me for a new mask but I'm very disappointed.

Was referred by my primary care physician, and I personally left two messages and never got a call to set up an appointment. Two months later my primary care physician called again and I was contacted that day and was seen the next week. Frustrating for a new patient!

I was supported making appointment and rescheduling and was treated highly respectful. I really like Dr Meade and the staff at Prisma Lung in Easley. I don't know of anything to improve.

I feel I'm just going through a convoluted process over something I already have been diagnosed with. Two times, diagnosis, severe sleep apnea. I've had a study, again. And another visit. Teo more visits, and maybe I can get my equipment for treatment. Again, I've even used this equipment before with satisfaction. It will be probably in my hands again, after the new year. And I have a "severe" diagnosis.

Dr Meade and Keri are excellent! Dr. Meade all explains my results, asks if I have questions, asks how I am. Much more thorough and knowledgeable than my previous sleep apnea physician. Very personable, too. I refer others to him and his office often. Very pleased with my care.

No Dr Meade and his staff were very compassionate and very supportive as well as understanding with my concerns and situation. I understand that I was going through a lot of health issues and the loss of my husband. All of them were very supportive and compassionate.

I still don't prefer coming 15-20 minutes early only to wait another 10-15 in the treatment room for the oral discussions about how I'm doing w/ the medication I've beenusing for 30+ years. I know it's a controlled substances and policy/law requires meeting but the extra 25-35 minutes of waiting doesn't seem productive from my side. If keeping the treatment rooms "full" is the goal over timely patient schedule then mission accomplished. Dr. Meade & the support are excellent at what they do and I expect that will continue for which I am grateful.

The doctor, in my opinion, was not prepared for this appointment despite his claim that he was, or for my first appointment with him. For him to improve, in my opinion, he would need to be better prepared and more professional, and improve his people skills.

They could really use computers in the examination rooms. The doctor and nurses had to leave the room to get information and return to the room to finish the discussion. Every other physician I see has them in the room. Prisma should be providing them for this physician as well.
