First, there was a mix up with my appointments. I was scheduled to see two doctors that day and due to some insurance policy I was not able to do both. While I'm sure Dr. Barringhaus has many patients, he's just not personable. The answer isn't always add more medication. My weight is down, my blood pressure was 132/78 which for me, with all my ailments and my weight is actually good. But he threw out a random number, 117/ 70 is what he wants me to get my BP to. Really?? Proceeded to order another pill. Never acknowledging the fact that I must being something good to get my pressure and weight down.

According to what is going on, what then can I do in the mean time about my COLD feet and legs. My future appointments are a long ways off.

My only observation is that the receptionist in the main lobby of the heart center does not seem to enjoy her job. Rather sullen in demeanor. A smile or two goes a long way in making one feel welcome.
