Everyone there that I interacted with was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and cared for. I was telling my husband on the way home how wonderful everyone was.

I thought Dr. White was amazing. I have some anxiety about medical providers due to negative experiences in the past, but Dr. White made me feel heard in a way I haven't been previously. I always wish new patient appointments could last longer to discuss medical history, but she didn't make me feel rushed. I thought it was odd they didn't get a weight, temp, urine sample, etc. like I've experienced with other gynecological visits, but overall, I was pleased with my visit, and I'm happy to have Dr. White on my team.

Honestly, the whole experience was great and there's nothing more that y'all could have done. The person who checked me in was super courteous and helped me, even though I was kind of lost. She got me in right away. The wait in the waiting room was just less than a minute. I barely had time to pull my phone out. And then the doctor helped me tremendously. The nurse was super nice. It was just a great experience and they went over my options. It was just awesome. So just want to let you know, thank you.

This practice is amazing and you should use their culture and caring for training at other facilities. The staff are genuinely caring and helpful.

None of the doctors I have seen have mentioned much about my medical history or explained anything in detail without prompting. They just ask if everything is going good and if I have any questions. The checkout receptionist actually explained the glucose testing and what to expect at the next visit... I was sent to maternal fetal medicine prior to this visit, no results were discussed. Just seems like in and out and unless you do your own research and know what to ask, there's not much guidance. It's a let down and I feel a lack of support from all the providers I've seen.

No improvements needed from where I stand. Great job from everyone.

It would be appreciated if the provider could take more time to listen to my concerns and experiences, particularly regarding previous negative reactions to birth control. I expressed interest in understanding other management options for PCOS beyond birth control and fertility medications, as others I know have had success with alternative approaches. Repeating the same information without addressing the my questions made it difficult for me to feel heard or supported. A more collaborative discussion focused on personalized care would be very helpful.

I do not have any complaints

I would have liked the provider to take more time and give me some more, I guess, explanation what we can do or how to even diagnose me more with PMDD if I had that and give me more, you know, information how to even diagnose if I really have that or not. just so I can be more aware and get the treatment I need because I'm suffering with some symptoms. And yeah, I didn't feel like I had those questions answered.

Dr. White is a great specialist. She know what shes doing. She listened really carefully and answered all questions i had. Shes one of the best once out there :)

I don't believe there is another way. I felt safe and respected as soon I got done talking to the receptionist.

If you could triage in regards to getting an appointment. I had a time sensitive issue and was told I couldn't get an earlier appointment because I'm a new patient. Okay but some issues are acute. Especially without a Planned Parenthood in the area early appointments should be available for UTIs, infections, cysts, injuries etc

For me, everything is excellent.

Add a reminder in the appt reminder that I would need to submit a pee specimen. I totally forgot about that. Lol. Also the nurse was trying to be helpful I'm sure when notifying me of insurance coverage and codes but it's never been an issue before so it added more stress to an already stressful appointment that I didn't have a choice but to have. I'd rather worry about insurance coverage or non-coverage after the appointment when I get the billing.
