I was told not to pee before my ultrasound because "they might need it" which I did not understand at first. When I went in for my ultrasound, the tech explained immediately and all was well but that was confusing.

Right when I woke up from anesthesia I asked about the baby and the nurse said it was just a clump of cells and not a baby. I didn't appreciate that at all! So incredibly rude and insensitive after just going through a miscarriage

The entire team was wonderful, and I have no suggestions for them. Many of the chairs in the waiting room were stained so cleaning them is my only suggestion.

Um, personally, it was an amazing experience and I was real loud and I do not think there's any way that I can say that you guys need to improve. I was very well taken care of every point. I knew what was going on. Everyone was clear, concise and honest. And, um, it was amazing the care and treatment that I received. I really appreciate it.
