My provider told me my sugar was a little high, and her exact words were, "if you like sugar, stop eating it." Then moved on with the appointment. This gives me very little practical guidance on how to change my diet. I sent a Mychart message after my appointment to ask clarification, and a nurse responded saying " this is what your provider said in your chart." And provided a full paragraph of helpful information that clarified my questions. I double checked and my provider did indeed put all of that in my chart. None of that information in my chart was shared with me during the appointment. If my chart contains actual relevant guidance, why would my provider write it in my chart but not discuss it with me? I found that incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional.

The staff here is so wonderful, they already offer me the support I need. They had my full respect and trust, I absolutely love the staff in this office. I have never been to another medical office where I feel so comfortable and cared for.

Change nothing everything is amazing, staff is very friendly, they listen to all my concerns and make me feel better about them. Even give me programs I could sign up for after I have my child.

Y'all cared enough for me

Everything was wonderful.

I like to be educated on my condition and given several treatment options with discussion about the benefits, side effects, contraindications and drawbacks of each to make the best decision for my care since I have to manage or live with any consequences.

I just forgot to ask if I need to file a leave for the whole day or just a half day for my follow up check up. I checked the app on my phone and I couldn't see if I can only send a text message for inquiry. It would be helpful if I can text the provider directly or the office instead of calling them
