Kristine Hirt Boswell, FNP

Kristie Boswell is a board-certified family nurse practitioner dedicated to improving access to high-quality health care for rural and underserved communities across South Carolina. She earned her undergraduate nursing degree from Lander University and completed both her Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees at Clemson University.

Kristie specializes in primary care with further interests in preventive care, women’s health, reproductive health, hepatitis C treatment, and HIV prevention and care. With a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care, she wants to meet patients where they are and ensure every individual feels heard, respected and supported. She has led innovative mobile health initiatives that expand access to health care for rural populations and has presented her work at state, national and international levels.

Known for her compassionate and approachable style, Kristie is committed to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and supported in their healthcare journey. She believes in partnering with patients to provide individualized, evidence-based care that promotes long-term health and wellness.
