Make sure the lab person is wearing gloves when draw peoples blood. I did not see her wash her hands or sanitize before she drew my blood.

Dr Bell is a VAST IMPROVEMENT over my last ob gyn there at Prisma Toumey. I'm lucky to have her. I actually felt at ease, listened to, etc. Her down to earth nature and bed side manner is INCREDIBLE.

one key way to offer support and improve trust is to practice active listening without interruption, allowing you to voice your concerns and feel truly heard. Making eye contact, and validate your experience can significantly improve the trust and respect within the care relationship.

I am happy with my follow up appointment and the Dr and nurse made sure if I had any questions or any issues with healing to contact them immediately. I felt reassured.

To everyone keep up the good job! When I called to reschedule my appointment they asked me for my social security number instead of my name and date of birth in order for them to find me in the system. I am not comforable giving my social over the phone and if by using name and date of birth can determine a patient information in the system why ask for the patient' social security number just asking?

My appointment was originally at 2:30 and was moved to 2:45 due to scheduling conflicts. Prior to my appointment I requested an ultrasound because I was hospitalized twice prior to this appointment but that request was declined. I showed up on time for my appointment and was not seen until an hour later. The actual time with the doctor only last approx 10 min after driving an hour to get to the appointment. It was rushed and honestly could have been a phone appointment if my appointment time was not going to be kept. Terrible waste of time

Yes, I enjoyed everyone, was just wonderful to me. But I didn't know, still came home not knowing what to do with myself and was hoping that they would call me back in and help me because I asked for that. But they were wonderful and I appreciated everybody. And I would like for them to continue to help me.

I couldn't ask for a better care team. They were amazing

I asked my doctor for birth control pills, and she said she would prescribe them. That evening, I went to the pharmacy, but there was no prescription on file. They said they would leave a message for the doctor. The next day, I contacted the hospital through the Prisma Health portal to ask about the prescription. They told me my message would be forwarded to the doctor. I'm not sure how many days I should wait and how often I should follow up with them. Frustrating situation.

I really had a good experience with Dr. Kristen Bell. That was my first time seeing her, but I have confidence in her and she took very good care of my needs.

I didn't have any area of my visit that needed improvement. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My procedure was explained to me. My results were explained in great detail. I was told several times not to hesitate to call or message with any questions or concerns. It was a very professional and thorough visit.
