Everything was great! I loved that Dr. MacClenahan listened and wrote things down instead of using a computer during the visit. All my concerns were addressed and I felt very comfortable.

It seemed like parts of my medical history were disjointed, even across the staff we interacted with. With all of my records already in Prisma system, and with a referral from a physician in the building, I expected the staff to know more than they did

Always impressed how well the office runs. The front office staff and nurses are great! Dr. MacClenahan is wonderful, she listened to me, educated me and let me be part of the decision process for my plan of care.

More information on any procedures or vaccines or tests is always helpful, especially since I don't know what questions to ask!

Dr. Macclenahan was professional, very compassionate, answered all my questions. She couldn't have done it any better. I think you need to rework the wording of your question. However, it seems like a little bit of a trick question.

As usual, the medical professionals were awesome. As much as anyone can look forward to a doctor visit, I do so with this team and I trust them.

I feel like the medical industry in general could do better for treating women going through perimenopause.

I had a procedure done which did not go quite as planned. Dr MacClenahan and her staff were able to quickly and professionally pivot to another option while being amazingly supportive throughout the whole visit.

Once I was finally called back I had a positive experience. However I had to wait in the first waiting room almost an hour after my appointment time. This does not seem respectful of your patient's time. To improve trust and respect, you could avoid over scheduling to see patients at, or near, their appointment time.

Everything worked smoothly and fine. I feel well cared for.

Nothing. Everyone was kind, respectful, attentive, professional, and the care I received was top quality. I arrived in distress about the appointment and I left feeling very relieved after having had my needs as a patient compassionately addressed. I am very impressed.
