My appointment was at 3 o'clock, but they called me and said can I come at 2:15 because the doctor wanted to get off sooner or something like that. I got there at 2 o'clock like they told me to. I was taken back around 2:15. The very kind nurse got me prepared for my surgical procedure. The nurse then told me that there is still a patient before me. I laid on my back with my legs spread out until 2:50. Dr. Burgess entered the room and barely spoke to me. I didn't even see what she looked like. She did the procedure and said every looks normal and walked out the door that I entered. So I asked the nurse, "All is good?" The nurse said, "Yes!" My sister-in-law sees Dr. Burgess and said she was awesome. I was on my back and again I never saw her face. I just felt she was in a hurry. Maybe something came up!

After waiting for over a year for my appointment, the Dr spent about 5 minutes with me. Didn't care to talk at all'

I have always received the best possible support , and care from Dr Burgess and her nursing staff.

Everything met standard on my visit including the facility inside and outside cleanliness, patient refreshment area(s), germ prevention, and restroom supplies.

My interaction with the doctor lasted less than five minutes. She rushed in, did the test, told me everything looks good as she was heading back out the door. I waited 3 months for an appointment. There was no conversation, no consultation, no inquiry into my symptoms or concerns.

The lady at the check in desk wore a mask. It was very hard to understand her. When I told her, she didn't slide it down or speak up. Rest of the staff was helpful and the appointment went well.

Usually the doctor explains what they are doing before proceeding. Mine did not. They seemed a bit hurried and standoffish. I felt snapped at by asking questions.

The Doctor that I saw today knew more about my Osteogenesis Imperfecta than anyone else that I have seen locally. He's great and he seems to know a lot about my bone disease. He saw I'm on the right treatment and he will take good care of me!!!

I would expect for Prisma to have enough available appointments to continue Botox Injection treatment at a regularly scheduled time. My doctor requested a 3 month interval anppointmen and that was not available.

Care was excellent

I can't think of any ways Dr. Burgess and her staff could improve. They are exceptional. Dr. Burgess spends lots of time with me. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Turn the air down

I experienced severe pain during the procedure, more than necessary in my opinion. If the doctor had to undergo the procedure, she would understand. The implant representative failed to give me all the details to do at home. The company rep called me next day and answered my questions. This put me behind by 24 hours.

i'm not able to get an appointment in the timeframe the doctor told me to.

When urine samples are left in the bathroom lab door, please use a new paper towel in the door. I had to leave my sample in a urine stained paper towel from a previous patient. This seemed very unsanitary!!!

Need to have shorter wait times for appointments- three months is too long to wait when you're having a problem that greatly affects quality of life. And another 3 month wait for 1st follow up appointment.

Let patient know if urine specimen will be needed before they arrive.

I was called by Crystal and asked if I would like to come earlier than my scheduled time and that was a tremendous help for me.

Since this was the first time I had met Dr. Burgess, it would have been nice if there was a bit more time to talk, but I understand that the appointment was a short one, and she had to get to other folks.

Health providers seemed rushed

The doctor and nurse made me feel at ease. I appreciated being asked before the procedure if I minded if a male doctor in training be in there and I said no. A little and old fashioned.
