Nothing. This is the best experience I have ever had in a medical office. The staff was so kind. I felt heard and valid.

I made the appointment online and the details of the appointment were definitely not accurately relayed to the nurse and doctor.

Nothing. This office is well run. The staff is great. Dr. Dubose is thorough and listens to any concerns you may have.

Just had one hiccup - at my last visit I was supposed to be scheduled for a sonogram this time, and they had no record of that for my appointment. They were very kind and fit me in regardless, which meant a lot. Wonderful staff and very flexible!

Dr Dubose always makes me feel comfortable and cared for.

It took me like 4 months to get a new patient appointment but besides that everything was excellent

Getting me into my appointment in a timely manner and setting my appointment up for the facility that I normally use. I didn't realize the person setting my appointment up picked the furthest location away from me and it took me an hour to get to facility not to mention me just realizing it the morning of my appointment and then having issues in the parking garage area. Just a fiasco all around. I do not like this location and would have changed it if it weren't for my provider and how much I trust her with my care.

Dr. Dubose is always so thorough, and answers all of my questions and addresses my concerns!

I just wanted to say that Dr. Kimberly Dubose is the best. There is nothing to be improved with her. She's wonderful and I always get treated, it couldn't be any better. I get treated so well and it couldn't be any better. That's what I wanted to say.

Asked at check-in if a urine sample was needed. Held and did not go to restroom. When called to the back was told urine not needed. Would have preferred to not hold.

I don't have any suggestions. My visit was friendly, direct, and to the point. I love how Kimberly answered my questions openly and honestly even when it was a little uncomfortable subject for me to talk about.

Everything was perfect. Dr DuBose is so wonderful. She listens and is extremely easy to talk to. She doesn't make me feel self conscious. Dr DuBose did not rush me and made sure I was comfortable with everything we discussed.

Always so comfortable and happy with Piedmont , wonderful staff , from being greeted , the nurses , the doctors, to check out .. And Dr. DuBose is an absolute delight and so knowledgeable and helpful! I have been a patient for 19 years !

Dr. DuBose is fantastic and her staff is so friendly. The ladies checking me in and checking me out were all smiles even in the late afternoon! There is honestly nothing that needs improving.

Current insurance environment does not allow for more slow conversation. I've worked with this Dr. for about 20 yrs, so we can get to the point and address it well. I could use the slower conversation to discover a primary care physician in the Prisma system who would meet my needs for non-GYN issues, which I did not raise as an issue. GYN issues addressed well as always.

It was a very busy day in the office yet I was still treated with care and concern - I don't think they could have done a better job.

Make longer appointment times so when running behind don't feel rushed. I got in for my appointment almost and hour after scheduled time. No complaints as love my OB and she shows she cares and listens!

Dr. Dubose always answers everything I have concerns about before I leave the office. Even though I only have to see her yearly she is always so personable and makes me feel comfortable during my appointments.
