My chart needs to be maintenance better. There are a lot of technical issues with it making very difficult to access lab works and reports appropriately. It appears to glitch and freeze a lot and I have been able to complete registrations for visit and properly view lab works and notes from my physician.

I wish I could've gotten this appointment a month ago, but it's okay.

Please have the rooms cleaned BEFORE a patient enters to wait for the doctor AND Please have the Bathrooms Cleaned & Sanitized frequently BEFORE having a patient enter to give a Urine sample.

Nothing could be better for the way the nurse & doctor treated me with the utmost respect and care. Much compassion was given to me as always. I wouldn't trade them for anyone else. I'm greatly satisfied.

Setting close dates for appointments have been really difficult especially when needing to be seen within two weeks. Please give sooner dates for those who need assistance and medical help.

My initial visit with my new primary care physician was not a pleasant experience. My appointment was scheduled for 3:20 p.m., but I was not seen until close to 4:30 p.m. There was no apology or acknowledgment for the long wait, which I found disappointing. Additionally, I was uncomfortable with some of the comments made during the visit. It was implied that my previous primary care provider may have been overly aggressive or even incorrect in prescribing medication for my pre-diabetes and the referral to a nephrologist. I was also confused by remarks suggesting that patients have requested physicians to "fudge" diagnoses for weight loss purposes. These statements left me uneasy and uncertain about the tone of the conversation. Overall, I left the appointment feeling discouraged rather than supported. On another note, the examination room where i spent the majority of my wait was not well dark, no sunlight, it had a depressing and dungeon appearance. When receiving my COVID and flu vaccines I was concerned about lighting for the nurse administering the vaccinations.

Keep treating people with respect and listening to them

The care I received from Dr. Williams was perfect. She listened to me and reassured me that my symptoms were easily treated. I appreciate her kindness.

Well the time would be better improved upon.. I had a appointment for 3:20 pm.. I didn't see Dr.Williams until 4:20 pm.. So the time needs improvement.. Everyone's time is valuable.. That's was my only let down..

When I first arrived in your reception area, the young lady that helped me, she could have been more professional and more friendly. That's all I have to say about that. That's the only thing that I saw. Otherwise, everything was good.

Everyone was great but when I got to the lab the phlebotomist was having a discussion with another staff member. I asked if I was in the right place for labs. The staff member told me I came in the wrong side and needed to go around. That was kind of ridiculous as I went around the corner and ended up in the same place - just from the other side when I could have just sat down from the original entrance. Then they just kept talking for a while before acknowledging me and asking my name. Once she started the phlebotomist was very friendly.

Dr. Kimberly Williams was absolutely amazing. I've been looking for a physician that will listen to me, be very attentive to me, and to offer quality care. And she did over and beyond my expectations. Totally love her. I'm forever grateful.

I have better signs in the hallways. For example, if I had to have labs done, I wish there were more direct signs telling me where to go.

Dr Williams was very thorough discussing my concern with me. She answered all of my questions. She was very nice and patient as always. All of her staff were professional and courteous.

I appreciate the follow-up survey calls that I received, but you guys don't have it set up for telehealth appointments. When I try to opt out of that or put like a zero to say like, was the facility clean? I don't know, because I wasn't there. I just went by the last time I visited or like the hand washing question. So if you could like somehow streamline that, that would be amazing. And that's all I have. Thank you.
