Would have liked to actually been able to see my Dr on time. But the fact that he is over booked and having to see more people than is possible to actually spend enough time with his patients. So when he does spend the required amount of time to actually care for his patients he gets behind.

I always receive excellent care from Dr. Yee and his staff. They all seem to work together very well and are happy to be there. I appreciate Dr. Yee's attention to detail and is very pleasant personality. I feel comfortable and confident in his care.

No- every visit is great!

The lab experience was the worst part of the visit. I waited over 30 min and the staff did not realize that I was a pt. They said they assumed I was there with another pt. One person said she already clocked out and was not her problem. They said they did not know what to do about "blue tops." The worst part is they asked me to come back the next day. I told them I was not able to come back. They finally drew labs. I did share this with management.

Wait time is usually too long

I have never entered this building feeling upset that I was being ignored. All staff were very caring and professional. I can't think of any way to improve on that.

I am totally happy, comfortable, pleased and thankful with the entire Prisma (Boiling Springs) staff and facility. I feel that I get the utmost care and respect from all involved while visiting for my appointments. I cannot say enough about the continued knowledge and care rendered by my physician/hematologist, Dr. Kim Yee Thank you for looking after my, and everyone's well being. To say that we "owe you our lives" who be putting it mildly.

This is a wonderful group of health professionals. They have helped me to understand my illness and what may be ahead. I'm Thankful to have them on my side.

Honestly can't think of anything. The whole staff was great.

Respect of time - Try to stay on time with scheduling -- I waited 75 minutes in the waiting room before being called back. I could have done so many other errands during that time. I got really behind because of the long wait. However, it is worth the wait to see Dr. Yee. He is the best! Super personable and knows your medical history. I do wish that some things that were discussed in the visit were properly documented in the office notes. Still don't understand the lab. I see labs going to multiple sites listed under multiple doctors - some not mine which causes extra costs as each facility charges their fee. It was not like this before Dr. Yee moved to Boiling Springs.

The service I get from Prisma Cancer Center and Dr. Yee and all the nurses and all the people making the appointments and all the people to take the blood is wonderful. You couldn't get any better than that. I couldn't ask for any better care than what I have from Dr. Yee and his staff. Thank you.

I don't know! Somehow there was miscommunication between doctors but has been taken care of.

I don't feel like I'm getting the treatments that I am supposed to be getting in a timely manner since I was released from the transplant program. I seem to be an afterthought upon my return to this office.

I am quite pleased with the treatment I receive from Dr. Kim Yee. From experience, I trust his cancer treatments and his medical acumen. I would highly recommend Dr. Yee to my family and friends for cancer treatment or follow-up treatment. His nurses and other medical staff are professional and knowledgeable. His office staff is adequate for what they do.

The infusion center needs more nurses to help with caring for the patients.

Waiting for clerical updates was very slow, could be improved,was treated with dignity and care by Dr. Yee and really was upfront, honest,and very casual with my condition in a great atmosphere ?.

Dr Yee is wonderful. I don't know about the nurses since they are different every visit.
