Everything was OK. Not much to change.

My appointment with Dr. Chung went very well.

I have been going through chemotherapy for a year now and I cannot find rides from Greer Down Greenville it's difficult for me to Drive because my Vision is smoky from the treatments. If I could get help finding rides down to dreamville that would be a great help to me

I am extremely satisfied with Dr Chung. He is in a category all by himself. He is a great person. I'm so thankful that God sent me to Him. Everyone at the cancer center have been wonderful to us and we are grateful to each one.

It was perfect.

Oh the team that took care of me was great. Two doctors, nurse and 3 other support staff. That was a lot of stuff to absorb. At least we caught the cancer early and it is treatable. The surgeon said it would be a 6-1/2 hour operation. Again I couldn't ask for a better team.

Not a lot of room for improvement.

When given multiple tests and results are not seen until after your appointment,, someone to explain them to you

the person that gave me directions on the closest door to enter to get to my appt, told me the wrong door and i have great difficulty walking any distance. i almost turned and went back home because i was hurting so much

If I had a problem, I would have reported a long time ago. The staff is great, the doctor's great, so I don't have any problem. Thank you. Bye.

I can't think of anything that would have improved the cost. The staff was efficient and courteous and I couldn't ask for a better doctor than Dr Chung.

Dr & staff were excellent. Scheduling was a very poor experience. I got a polite advance phone message from nurse saying Dr need to reschedule my appointment for 10AM to 8AM. I wanted to keep original time and move to next available day. Two return calls to the number left were unanswer after extended rings and there was no voicemail option. I went online and send to text requests on different days to reschedule but no resolution followed. I then started getting text messages asking me to confirm my meeting. I gave up and went to the rescheduled time as requested.

Not to act in a hurry to leave when it's only 3:00. Dr. Chung is the best in each step of care-presenting the situation/treatment, patience in listening and answering questions, kindness/support, encouragement, etc.-phenomenal oncologist. Couldn't ask for a better doctor.

Dr Chung has been such a blessing to me. He's a great oncologist. He always know what to do to treat my reoccurring breast cancer battles.

This office and provider (Dr. Chung) is the best that I go to on providing service on time and not making you feel rushed through the appointment.

It was a distance to the exam room and I have mobility issues. The offer of a wheelchair would have made it easier

I was satisfied with my last visit and all the other visits. DR Chung is a good Dr,he never rushes and he listens to you.

Not an issue. I was given support I needed, and treated with respect. I trust and I am grateful for care. Dr. Chung is outstanding doctor.

Could have asked more about side effects from radiation/chemo and how to best deal with these.

Excellent care

No suggestions at this time! However I would like to mention one great improvement in the fact that the induction nurses are now able to mix and administer the Darzalex medication, instead of patients having to wait on a courier from Greer which could involvee several hours of wait time. Thanks

I had three appointments (labs, doctor, infusion) in a row and every person I encountered was very courteous and friendly. Dr. Chung is a caring and compassionate person, and I trust him completely providing my care and treatment plan. This is a well-run office from top to bottom.

Well, I feel that you all are doing a good job at listening and providing me with information on how to take care of myself and I really appreciate that . And I thank you.

My appointment was at 11:45 for labs. The orders had still not been put in at 12:30. I was asked to leave and come back. I drive to this office from a different state! I went to the grocery and came back and still had to wait! For Labs!!!

Nothing. Each of our visits shows a care team that is aware of our needs and is seamless.

Prisma is a very well oiled machine. Dr Ki Chung is an excellent doctor and I am so lucky to have him manage my care.

I can't think of anything that could improve this facility and staff. I know nothing is perfect, but in my opinion, it is about as close as it gets,

The service during visits is excellent. When I call to schedule an appointment, it takes a while to get through.

The staff at Prisma are A-one. Everyone is professional and so loving and caring. I can't think of any way they could have improved their care for me.

Bring back a nurse that isn't a rotating nurse. Miss the nurse that Dr. Chung had. The rotating nurse doesn't seem to listen
